Hotel is beautiful. Room is nice. Staff are friendly. The only downside is that the beach in front of the hotel is murky.

Love the ambience at the hotel. The staffs were very attentive and we even got a free upgrade to Inerie Garden suite. The amenities were great, pool and complimentary kayak and paddle. They also provided free shuttle to the airport. The only downside was the breakfast buffet. For us, it was mid and didn’t have a lot of choices. You can skip it if you stay at the resort. Other than that, I highly recommend this resort!

We stayed in Sudamala resort 6 days, and we spent a wonderful time. What was the best part of the trip? All! The stuff is incredible, supportive and helpful. As we are people who are passionate about the local culture, we asked them to find the place to visit and experience the local dance. They organized everything for us. I had a bad experience with jellyfish and decided to go to the hospital. They took me there and organized the car to brought me back. The food is like in the best restaurant, the room (beachfront) is big and clean, the pool is beautiful and I really enjoyed spending time together with my husband. I went to give a special thanks to Hubert who helped us a lot. Oh, I forgot, the hotel management organized a small cocktail party for some guests and exchanged our experience with the. With a glass of very good champagne. So, to make the long story short, Sudamala is the hotel with the soul and we will always remember our time there. Thanks!

A wonderful place to stay. Fantastic service and a big compliment to Hubertz and his team — you truly made an unforgettable impression on us. We stayed in the Manggarai Villa with Private Pool (#217) and were pampered by everyone. Absolutely recommended!

Resort is nice and room is spacious and comfy, however me and few of my friends got insect bites on our legs and arms and we suspected is beg bugs as it stay itches for weeks after that

Resort is beautiful, very island style with loads of greenery. Pool and breakfast was awesome as well. But beach was not the nicest, and was dark and coarse.

I love the style of this resort, very beautiful and nicely done. The garden looks great and well maintained. Food is delicious, we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. The private beach is ok, not particularly suitable for water activities. But the pool is nice. Staff are friendly. Overall great experience. I would choose this one again if I come back.

Top notch services, the level of attentiveness towards cleanliness and keeping the property in immaculate condition. I loved it a lot, and intend to extend our stays from 3 nights to 7 nights. However, it was shame they couldn’t give better deal than the third party website and we decided to hop to next accommodation.

It was a short stay but it was great given the lower price point! The breakfast was tasty and the room spacious. There are free kayaks and standup paddles available!

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The gardens and pools are beautifully maintained, and our room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor drying rack was a practical touch. We felt very welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff.”

A real 5-star hotel experience. Not only excellent facilities, beautiful rooms and excellent garden, the major point is their excellent service. You really feel very good catered and attended - I did not had a single reason to note anything they could have improved. It was really flawless - from the reception to the pool bar to the room service. Even when I missed my transfer shuttle to the airport they just simply arranged for me a car from their own fleet (without any additional cost). Would certainly return and would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely the perfect combo between fancy and homey. I stayed in two other places before going there, I am definitely going to use their other facilities in Bali etc.

The hotel has a great location with a private beach, and the breakfast is quite extensive.

Encountered one of the rudest staff ever while I was having breakfast in the resort! I accidentally put a couple of croissant into a toaster (those that turns one round slowly and drops the toasts onto a tray below). The thing is, all the breakfast all over the whole in all hotels I've been, usually the toasters allows us to put even crossings or soft rolls and not just slice bread. I didn't realise that the space inside the toaster was only big enough for slice bread to go through. Yes, there was a sign on top of the toaster that says only for toasts and it also mentioned do not put butter or jam inside to avoid causing fire. Anyways, after I realised my croissants were stuck, I approached this waiter politely and apologetically to ask him to help retrieve the stuck croissants in case it starts to burn. Bear in mind that I was really apologetic and was asking him nicely for help. The moment he realised what was happening, his attitude was so bad. He immediately pointed to the sign on top of the toaster and told me that its only for toasts! My purpose was to get him to retrieve the croissants stuck inside in case it burns but he was going non stop reprimanding me! What kind of ******* attitude is this! So if made a mistake! So what? I was apologetic initially! And its a small matter afterall! With this kind of service staff, I think this resort can consider closing shop! One of the worst service staff if not the worst I've ever encountered!
