Before I check in, I want to find the ATM because I need a deposit, so I called the hotel 2/3 times but did not pickup. I want to ask how many deposits are needed. There are two people over there, but no one pickups. Also, after we check in, we call to ask about iron to use. I called using the telephone provided inside the room, and no one picked up. Then we decided to call using our own HP, and they picked up. I mean, what’s the point of having the phone to call the front desk but no one picks up???"

"Blackout and card malfunction until I change another room. Located near Aeon Mall and Tesco. Plenty of restaurants and shops but quite far from the old town(＞5km). Public transport is not efficient thus this hotel is probably only good for local tourists and those with cars. Provide portable water and lift."
