The hotel is very special, the surrounding environment is beautiful, the tram stop is at the door, the traffic is very convenient, the American breakfast can also eat boiled eggs is not easy, the only fly in the ointment is that there is no laundry room, you must find a self-service laundry around

The room is quite big, there is a kitchen, and it is cleaned every seven days in a row. You need to change the towel to let the front desk send it. The environment is good, there is a swimming pool, quiet at night, breakfast is rich, that is, the sound of the room air conditioner is louder when it is started. Overall cost-effective đ

First of all, the price is relatively high. New Orleans is very distinctive and fun. This hotel is very close to the French Quarter and can be walked. And the surroundings are quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff is also very friendly. Coffee and hot water are provided all day, which is great! Breakfast is an American standard breakfast, not bad

This place is very hollow and loud. It's very close quarters and no sound proofing. You can hear everyone's TV in the hall amd your room, people screaming on the phone, doors slamming, people getting ice on another floor, people outside on the nice patio, water took forever in sink to go down, black blanket they give you was so nasty, looked like snot or semen smeared on it. Hair was everywhere. I say this with the understanding that hair is harder to get up. It was In our bed, everywhere in shower. I know you can't say no children but this is not a place for small kids to run around and talk in hallways bc everything can be hear so clearly. No proofing or weather*****ping under doors so there is a huge gap. Of maybe 1.5 inches under the doors that doesn't help the sound. Cute place, in a sketchy up and coming neighborhood. They have street parking only which was plentiful and said there was security roving through neighborhood. Never saw them but our cars were fine. Good idea for a small neighborhood hostel/hotel. Decor was simple and so cute throughout and it comes with a MW and fridge. The attached coffee and bar was nice.

I stayed an additional night after my initial booking. The service remained just as excellent. Ohhh ask at the front desk for assistance with a taxi to the airport. Much cheaper than uber or lyft.

The hotel rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, but compared to high-end star hotels, the facilities are average and the price/performance ratio is not bad. It is suitable for family travel!

Itâs located in a quiet area with many quality restaurants nearby. Is an easy walk to the French quarter if you are so inclined. The staff was kind and the room far exceeded our expectations at this price point.
Got a room at first where the AC was super loud and there wasnât even a closet or a place to hang clothes. I told the front desk but they said the hotel was full and couldnât do anything !!! So I contacted IHG directly and I got a new one was much better â quiet AC and a proper closet.
FYI: floors 9â10 seem to have some kind of machine room inf front the room X01 . The noise could be heard all the floor to room 906. If youâre a light sleeper, you might want to avoid this hotel.
This hotel was beautiful and pictures didnât do it justice. My husband and I came to New Orleans to elope and they were so nice to let us use their courtyard. Not only that, they gave us a complimentary breakfast and free champagne. I would definitely stay again!

KKseniia KoshevaiaWe recently had the pleasure of staying at HĂŽtel Peter and Paul in New Orleans and overall, it was a delightful experience. The interior of the hotel exudes a captivating charm, blending historic architecture with modern comfort seamlessly. The attention to detail in the design adds a unique touch to the ambiance.
The service at HĂŽtel Peter and Paul was exceptional, with a staff that was attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any concerns, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident.
While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked. However, this didn't overshadow the other positive aspects of the stay.
In conclusion, HĂŽtel Peter and Paul offers a charming and unique retreat in the heart of New Orleans. The impressive interior and outstanding service make it a memorable choice for those seeking a distinctive and comfortable stay in this vibrant city.
LLouise H1I simply must commend the management on their groundbreaking, complimentary wellness program. I am speaking, of course, about the 7:00 AM sharp, full-sensory wake-up call delivered by what I can only assume is a highly skilled and dedicated construction crew next door. There is no gentle, progressive increase in volume here; oh no. This is a symphony of pile drivers and steel beam placement, a percussive masterpiece that begins precisely as the clock strikes seven. It's an involuntary alarm clock of the highest caliber, rendering the old-fashioned method of calling reception completely obsolete. Why rely on technology when you can be roused by the very vibrations of progress?
Frankly, I see this as a profound commitment to guest health. It is far too easy on vacation to let oneâs circadian rhythm fall into disarray, leading to lethargy and jet lag. This establishment has solved that problem. The daily, unmissable construction ensures you are up with the sun, ready to seize the day, your internal clock perfectly recalibrated. Itâs a health feature I didn't even know I was paying for!
And I must applaud the architectural decision to forgo any modern sound-dampening like double or triple glazed windows. This was a deliberate and brilliant choice. To muffle the sound would be to hide a vital truth: every home, every hotel, every structure was built at some point in time. This daily reminder of the raw, noisy, and essential act of construction is a humbling experience. It grounds you. It reminds you that comfort is built upon a foundation of sheer, unadulterated noise.
The best part? The element of surprise. I truly appreciate not being told about this in advance. It would have ruined the magic! Discovering this immersive amenity on my own felt like finding a secret, albeit very loud, feature. And from the looks of the multi-story framework going up next door, this is an early-stage project. That means this exclusive, rejuvenating experience will be available for many, many months to come. Future guests have so much to look forward to!
So thank you. Thank you for the sleep-shattering, rhythm-resetting, philosophically profound experience. I haven't felt this awake and aware of the building process since, well, ever. An absolute must for anyone who hates sleeping in and loves a good, honest reminder about the origins of a high-rise.
GGuest UserThe hotel service was really bad. I would not stay there again. I understand that in order to save resources, sheets may not be changed daily, but we at least expected someone to come in empty the trash bins and change the towels. We found out that they do not do that either. You have to request housekeeping service to come and get the trash daily, which was really odd.
BBrian Rose HensleyThe shower did not have enough pressure so it was hard to feel clean/get soap out. Another friend's shower had too much power and sprayed hard in multiple crazy directions. The vanity mirror light did not work in most of the rooms our friends had but it did in ours. And the lighting in the rooms is very minimal so that mirror is necessary. The street was sometimes closed off due to construction so Lyft drivers were easily confused, but sometimes it wasn't. We woke up one morning at 8 am to the sound of a jack hammer right outside the window. It didn't stop that morning but the lady at the front desk did call and make sure it didn't happen again which we very much appreciated. When we checked in, there was a water station in the lobby. It broke and they did not set up another one, but said we would need to go to the main hotel to get water. There were a lot of negatives but the rooms themselves are very large and lofty (as the name suggests). It has a TON of potential but needs better service/management.
GGuest UserThe hotel was nice convenience was great everything was within walking distance but what I didn't like was the paying for parking if I'm already staying.
AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is OK, close to Pompeii Street in France. The breakfast in the hotel is very ordinary and very simple. The lighting is dim and the setting is also old. The street restaurant outside the hotel is still worth recommending. You must try the oysters. The Mexican food is not bad either. According to Americans, New Orleans is the best place for American food. I have been to many places in the United States and my actual feeling is the same. Raw oysters are worth a try.
GGuest UserWe booked this trip for a birthday treat. We thought the room was spacious, clean & had a massive TV. We had a bath & shower & a king sized bed. Itâs next to Bourbon Street so loud music but earplugs are supplied. Reception staff are extremely helpful & provide recommended restaurants & places that deliver food to the hotel
We didnât use the gym or pool but would highly recommend this hotel for location. 5 mins from the Mississippi River
JJINThe price of this hotel is relatively high, about 15 minutes drive from the city, but don't stay on holidays or weekends. The price of my stay on Saturday is double that of Monday (¥530 and ¥1100)
