Great experience in sheraton with 3 swimming pools and a beautiful view (towel D, 10th floor)

Decent hotel. Quite new. Fresh facilities. Good service. Has spa, gym, swimming pools. Beach is nice. Restaurant and a bar are fine. No rooftop bar/restaurant. No rooftop swimming pool. Rooms are spacious. Very basic light switches though, which are complicated to use. Renovation is generally ОК (could be better quality). Location is not very close to the city center. Staff is very polite, friendly, considerate.

We had a fantastic stay at Sheraton Cebu! If you prefer to have  chill and relaxing stay in Cebu, definitely book this resort. Although, if you prefer to explore the city area, this is not the hotel for you as it is quite far from the city area, about an hour travel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast spread was good too! Recommended!

We had a pleasant 2 night stay here! Relax of body and mind..Thank you! The room(sea view room) ,facilities and staffs were superb! DIP restaurant served food which tasted beyond my expectations, well done!

I’m beyond amazed. The place are relaxing views, magnificent room views, comfortable dining and beautifully romantic area. The beach are clean and clear like crystal twinkling by the sun rays. Unfortunately, Got stung by a jellyfish and the staffs acted and ask about my wellbeing and so fast to close the beach and did the best thing action to avoid for other guests to get stung and do the protocol by putting red flag as warning sign and inform the other guest about the incident. They had immediately responded/managed to implement another activity to avoid boredom to pass time since the beach were unaccessible for the guests to enjoy which ai think are best for all ages can join and even small/children guest would enjoy. It’s a perfect weekend getaway.

Stayed for 3 nights. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for a staycation type holiday! Best things about the hotel: Hands down the Staff (the Staff make this resort special), Private beach, Range of activities available (we really liked that you can rent all the gear at the resort for pretty cheap; they had nice fins!), We really enjoyed the dinner at one of the Peruvian restaurants in the resort. Things we didn't like: Not much at all! The location is a bit far from the main Mactan Newtown area, and need to catch a cab; however, that can be seen as a positive as well! Just a tip if you are expecting to be able to walk outside the resort; there's not much outside within walking distance. Highly recommended!

It was wedding anniversary holiday for us. Private beach was open until 18:00, so couldn’t jump into water on the first night. However beach was nicer in the morning than afternoon because of tide. Swimming pools were a bit smaller than expected. Room was quite big for three of us. Breakfast was nice! Coffee was good! Overall, it was wonderful, thank you.

Love this resort. Must come back soon.

Great stay!

Everything was great. Except that it’s far from Cebu City, the business district area. We loved our stay. Service was great. Food was amazing.

This is the most amazing hotel I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The food is phenomenal, the hotel staff are beyond friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are magnificent. I highly recommend this hotel.
