"We have visited Sunbury Hotel a few times now , this time we were disturbed by person or persons at 02.47am and also experienced a lot of noise transmitted from above, both of which were a first for us and certainly surprised us. The cleaning service over the three nights amounted to pulling up the bed covers which is a definite lowering of previous standards. The complimentary bottles of water and snack biscuits were not refreshed at all, and the room itself now has two large areas of damp showing in the corners which should have been attended to and at least kept clean. The hotel was busy during the weekend but the Tuesday am breakfast was attended service rather than the buffet which was great as the food was freshly prepared and served to us. A warning if you have a pet it's £20 per night now and segregation in the bar area for breakfast which is fine except for the walk through with your serving from the restaurant area before it gets cold. The grounds are superb and the outside patio are excellent, plenty of car parking. It would be interesting to see if management comment."
