Rooms are spacious, tidiness is average.... Breakfast is very low quality... Doesn't fit howard Johnson standard.... Bit far from the lijiang ancient town... Nothing near by.. No cafes, no restaurants dont travel lijiang in monsoon season..

Very good resort for international standard overall. The buffet breakfast is average for Western style.

Villa is very spacious, hotel’s environment is nice and quiet. Staffs are friendly, responsive and professional. By car, approximately 15 mins to Lijiang Ancient Town, 30 mins to Railway station, 40 mins to Yulong snow mountain. One of the room has the amazing view of Yulong Snow Mountain. Can take Didi from the side road, not necessary to take buggy to the main lobby. As the place is huge, buggy might take a while to arrive. House-keeping staffs have initiative. The toilet light was faulty and couldn’t be turned off and the drainage system in the sinks and bathroom wasn’t draining the waste water fast enough. When I returned to the villa in the evening, they were fixed even before I informed house keeping.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel in Lijiang. The service staff, especially 巴旭, was very helpful and made our stay even better. The hotel environment is beautiful, with a peaceful and charming atmosphere. It's also a good place for parking, very convenient if you’re driving. Highly recommend!

Location was slightly away from the main street which makes it quiet and secluded but at the same time a distance away from the sights and restaurants. Nice courtyard and gardens on the grounds. Generally friendly staff who drove us from the lobby to the room and vice versa in buggies. Front desk was also friendly but could have been a bit more proactive to introduce the free minibar and attraction tickets that came with the booking. Room was generally clean apart from a small stain on the sofa. Scenic photo spots at the roof bar. Overall a nice property.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Very comfortable and enjoyable. Front desk host Selina was very kind and extremely helpful. Took care of all the details and upgraded our stay also which was fantastic! Will definitely come back again for a stay. Highly recommended.

Quiet, peaceful, gorgeous landscaping and architecture. Interior of two queen bed villa was beautifully designed and decorated. Service was pleasant and prompt. Breakfast was crowded and mediocre (but plentiful).

At the end of summer vacation, I took my family to the Wyndham Grand Court resort. We booked a two-bedroom villa, but the front desk manager, seeing how large our group was, arranged a three-bedroom and even gave us a late check-out. What a generous gesture! The decor and cleanliness were spotless. The service was excellent. We had to call for a shuttle to get in and out, and it responded promptly.

The Wyndham brand is truly five-star! The hotel butler (Xiao Xu) deserves special mention! He's always there to answer any questions!

What impressed and even moved me most was the professionalism and warmth of our butler, Xiaoxu. During check-in, Xiaoxu proactively greeted me with a friendly smile and gentle tone. He not only swiftly helped me with my paperwork but also provided a detailed introduction to the hotel's amenities and services. Noticing I looked a little tired from carrying my suitcase, he immediately and thoughtfully asked if I wanted my luggage delivered directly to my room and even adjusted the room temperature in advance. This meticulous care embodies Wyndham's philosophy of "Details Make the Experience." During my stay, whether I asked about nearby tours or needed additional supplies, Xiaoxu was always responsive, patient, and gentle, never a bit perfunctory. Xiaoxu not only had a great service attitude, but also embodied the Wyndham service philosophy in every detail: he wasn't overly intrusive, yet always appeared at just the right moment; he not only resolved issues but also proactively anticipated customer needs. For example, the next morning, for breakfast, he guided me to the restaurant in the lobby ahead of time and gently reminded me to dress appropriately, as the temperature was dropping. These subtle gestures of consideration truly embodied Wyndham's people-centric approach. During check-out, Xiaoxu even came to see me off, thanking me again for my stay and wishing me a safe journey. The entire experience impressed me as someone who wasn't just following procedures but genuinely wanted to help. This kind of service goes beyond standard hotel service; it's a warm, personal experience. I sincerely thank Wyndham for cultivating such excellent employees, and I'm especially grateful to Butler Xiaoxu for the wonderful experience. This stay was more than just a stay; it was a profound experience in truly serving people. I would unhesitatingly recommend Wyndham to friends and family, and I look forward to seeing you again!

The housekeeper Ba Xu responded promptly. The room had a view of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from a distance. It was a great feeling to wake up and see the snow-capped mountains.

The hotel's ambiance is beautiful, and every corner is a great photo opportunity. The stay was very comfortable and excellent value. It's convenient to several scenic spots, and even just relaxing in the hotel was relaxing. A special thank you to our housekeeper, Ba Xu. He's so handsome and his service was excellent. We had a wonderful stay. We'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time we visit Lijiang. [Rose]
