The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Kiki and Lucas provided a swift check-in experience and were always quick to assist with any needs I had. My room was immaculately clean and comfortable, featuring a very cozy bed that ensured a pleasant stay. The soft, skin-friendly bedding was a nice touch, and daily housekeeping was prompt and thorough. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation and was fully stocked with amenities. Furthermore, the room boasted great soundproofing, offering a peaceful and quiet environment perfect for resting after a day of travel.

The hotel service was fantastic. I used to always stay at Atour whenever I came to Linyi, as I found their service quite good. But the service at this hotel absolutely surpasses Atour's. The most important thing is its superb location – you can enjoy a leisurely stroll by the river after dinner, which is a major perk no Atour hotel can match. The complimentary coffee was excellent too.

Our trip with the grandkids took us from Hangzhou to Qiandao Lake and Dinosaur World! Of all the places we stayed, the Pullman hotel was the only one that truly won us over! It was incredibly welcoming and comfortable! A special shout-out to MAX, the charming young man! His service was excellent – so warm and attentive! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the kids absolutely loved it! Right after we entered our room, the front desk called to check on us, and thoughtfully provided extra mineral water and disposable toilet seat covers. Looking out at night, the view was absolutely stunning! 😍 This hotel alone is reason enough for us to return to Linyi!

The hotel service was exceptionally attentive and thoughtful. We booked two rooms and they kindly arranged for them to be on the same floor, which was much appreciated – a special shout-out to Kiki! The rooms were spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel is also conveniently located near local specialty restaurants. Our room was well-equipped, even featuring a separate bathtub. I hope to have the chance to visit again!

For my trip to Linyi, I booked a river view room, and it was absolutely fantastic, especially the night view! The hotel's location is also excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied with our stay. We stayed in a glamping cabin, and the furnishings felt quite high-quality and well-appointed. The kids absolutely loved playing there, which truly allowed the adults to relax. The room was clean, the facilities were modern, and the service was excellent. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had a wonderful rest. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Linyi.

Arriving in Linyi, travel-worn from Tianjin, the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, all my fatigue quietly melted away. Traveling with a child always adds a layer of concern, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that every one of those worries was gently addressed by the thoughtful care here. The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the unexpected room upgrade. Our originally booked room type was quietly upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable one. The bright floor-to-ceiling windows offered gentle views of Linyi's streetscape, feeling like an unexpected gift that instantly elevated the quality of our stay. This silent yet profound gesture of thoughtfulness made us, first-time visitors, feel truly at home and welcomed. This warmth was further exemplified and brought to life in the lobby bar. An employee named Shi Keqian, with her genuine smile and friendly demeanor, made a rich, aromatic handcrafted coffee that, with each sip, seemed to melt away the lingering travel fatigue. What warmed our hearts even more was her thoughtful attention to our child – she specially offered some delicate and adorable cookies. The smile on our child's face, clutching the cookies, was more captivating than any scenic view. Ms. Shi's genuine kindness wasn't just part of a service protocol; it was a heartfelt expression of hospitality that made this hotel feel less like a temporary lodging and more like the home of a warm and welcoming Linyi friend. On a separate note, the swimming pool and other facilities, including their service, were quite disappointing. After a swim, we found there was virtually no body wash or shampoo available in the showers. When we inquired, we were met with various excuses. This really detracts from the overall experience at such a large, high-star hotel!

The room boasts stunning views of the Yi River, and Phoenix Square, where you can take a boat ride, is conveniently located just downstairs. The location is incredibly convenient. Langya Ancient City is absolutely breathtaking, and the Guoxiu Langya show is truly exceptional. The hotel staff are all incredibly attentive and meticulous. The hotel breakfast is also very rich and diverse, featuring both Chinese and Western dishes with subtle flavors. Everything tastes absolutely delicious, including local specialties like 'zan' porridge and fresh mini wontons. Every single staff member is patient and genuinely warm. The robot delivery service was definitely put to good use – we ordered a lot of takeout!

The location is excellent, right at the confluence of three rivers, offering beautiful scenery. It clearly has the feel and amenities of an established five-star hotel. While everything else was generally fine, the facilities did feel a bit dated, and the room's TV had an audio/video sync issue. The service was warm and attentive, with staff being quite proactive. Upon check-in, we were even offered complimentary welcome fruits and drinks. The hotel offers some parking spaces at the entrance, which are free for guests. The breakfast area was very pleasant and spacious, featuring a wide variety of decent-tasting dishes. Overall, it provides good value for money and is definitely worth the price.

My flight landed in Linyi at 8:15 AM. Thanks to a Ctrip early check-in benefit, I headed straight to the hotel. The front desk service was excellent, and I was upgraded to a river view room with a fantastic view outside the window. However, the room facilities were just average. The bathroom door wasn't sealed properly, causing water to leak and form a puddle in the middle of the bathroom floor every time I showered. Initially, I thought the air conditioning in my room wasn't cool enough and even had maintenance come to check it. Later, I realized the entire hotel maintained this temperature, constantly around 25 degrees Celsius. During my stay at this hotel, I particularly want to give a special shout-out to a young lady, Shi Keqian! I interacted with her when I went to redeem my coffee at the ground floor lobby bar. From the moment she asked if we wanted a latte or an Americano, she demonstrated exceptional service. Her smile was like the warm winter sun, genuine and inviting, instantly melting away my travel fatigue. Whether answering my questions or fulfilling my requests, she was incredibly patient and thorough. The coffee's aroma was rich and mellow, filling the air. With a sip, its smooth texture and a perfect blend of bitterness and sweetness offered layers of flavor in every mouthful. It was truly delicious!!!!

The Pullman Linyi is quickly heading downhill if things don't improve. I booked this stay for a friend. 1. Upon arrival, a staff member took my luggage from the car, but then left it completely unattended. Despite numerous bellhops standing at the entrance, my bags were simply left outside. I only found them sitting on the outdoor steps after I had already checked in and gone looking for them. 2. The front desk was chaotic. Later, when I came down from my room, I realized my ID card was missing. I went back to the front desk to look for it, only to discover they had failed to return it after check-in. 3. I booked a room with a river view and a bathtub. It's astounding that the entire Pullman hotel doesn't even provide disposable bathtub liners. On a positive note, I must commend Mr. Yang, a gentleman at the front desk, for being very responsible and helpful. However, he was the only exception; the rest of the staff seemed completely untrained.

The room was excellent, featuring a spacious king-size bed, a bathtub, a shower, and was fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and enthusiastic throughout our stay. Specifically, the bellhop not only helped carry our luggage to the room upon arrival but also assisted us in loading our bags into the car after check-out. The restaurant staff, front desk, and other personnel were equally thoughtful, even going so far as to microwave our leftover lunch in the evening, demonstrating great attention to detail. The hotel's location is excellent, providing easy access to various attractions. Langya Ancient City, for example, is just a fifteen-minute drive away. We stayed here last year and chose the Pullman Hotel again this year because it's a truly reliable and trustworthy choice!

A Pleasant Surprise On my journey back to Beijing from Shanghai, I decided to make a stop in Linyi. After extensive online research and consideration, I ultimately chose the Pullman Hotel – and it certainly lives up to its name as the best hotel in Linyi. The hotel is beautifully situated by the scenic Yi River. A kind receptionist specifically assigned me a room facing the Linyi TV Tower, and the view from my window was truly comparable to Shanghai's iconic Bund! There's also a private underground parking garage, which is both secure and incredibly convenient. The service across all departments was impeccable. The staff at the front desk, on the floors, and in the buffet and breakfast areas all had excellent attitudes and demonstrated top-tier service awareness. It's evident the hotel places great importance on both management and staff training. The facilities are comprehensive and high-end. The buffet offered a rich variety of delicious options and excellent value for money. Breakfast was equally sumptuous, with everything one could wish for. The hotel's exclusive gym is superbly equipped and meticulously managed. Without a doubt, I will choose the Pullman Hotel again on my next visit to Linyi.
