"We had a great experience at this hotel. We stayed in a cozy ******* style room and also enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The room was very clean and well equipped, even supplying an oxygen machine that one could use in case of feeling altitude sickness. The hotel is run by a very lovely family who made our stay in Litang a great experience. The host spoke really good english, kindly showed us around Litang and it's most popular sites. Additionally we were able to explore the surrounding nature as we spent an afternoon mushroom picking together in the forest with the host and his friends. The host also supported us on our onward journey. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Litang, we felt very welcome and supported."

"INCROYABLE !! L’hôtel est sublime (venait vivre l’expérience dans une maison typique tibétaine), l’ambiance est chaleureuse (tout le monde se retrouve dans les parties communes et surtout au coin du feu), la nourriture délicieuse, et les gens qui travaillent ici sont simplement géniaux ! Ils nous ont inclut et nous on fait sentir super bien, ils nous ont beaucoup aidé pour les transports, ils nous ont emmené danser le soir et visiter des monastères et la ville la journée !! "First of all, the hotel design is good, the wooden structure is a little less soundproof, and the service is pretty good. The only thing I want to complain about is the oxygen supply. I chose this hotel because it had oxygen supply in the room. I didn't expect that the oxygen supply machine malfunction alarm woke me up at 3 o'clock in the morning. I didn't sleep well in the plateau, and then there was a power outage and water outage at 7 o'clock. I could only eat two buns and porridge bought from outside for breakfast. The experience was really a bit bad. I didn't sleep well all night, but the service was ok."

"The place is good, and the people who run it are extremely friendly and attentive. The main street is currently under renovation, so it was a bit noisy during the day, but it was peaceful at night, allowing for a good rest. The room with the shared bathroom had it located downstairs, and I don't believe it included a shower. I then switched to a private room, which was spotless and offered good value for money."

"This is a very serious comment. We checked in yesterday and it was a little rainy. After booking, we went to the hotel and the front desk came to pick us up and help us with our luggage. We booked a mahjong room. I was really shocked after entering. The room I booked at this price gave me the feeling that it was the most cost-effective hotel during our week-long trip. Not only was the service attitude good and welcoming, the room was also clean and beautiful, and I experienced the simple friendship between different nationalities. If I have the chance to drive 318 by myself again, this hotel will be my first choice."

"The boss helped me to check out late for free, but it was a bit troublesome to get a taxi. There are shared bicycles at the door. If you don't have much luggage, you can ride a bicycle. It's very close to the temple. You can climb the mountain. The scenery is beautiful. The room is a bit cold, but there is an electric blanket. There are few disposable items, but the price is very cheap."

"The room is very distinctive, with a garden loft, preserving ******* culture, clean and warm. Because we couldn't find the location of the homestay, the uncle came out to pick us up and helped to park the car. His driving skills are very good. The uncle and aunt are very enthusiastic. I stayed in bed late in the morning and got up late. I was ready to go out for lunch at 13 o'clock. I didn't expect that the aunt would leave breakfast for us, which was specially heated and sent to us. She also planned the route to Tibet for us and told us to pay attention to safety. By the way, the breakfast is very rich, and the recipes of butter tea, buns, porridge, side dishes, etc. are changed according to the season. Many big stars such as Fan Bingbing, Duan Yihong, and Nicholas Tse have checked in. Of course, the unique design style and garden loft have also attracted many tourists to check in and take pictures, but the uncle and aunt never actively market and promote, which I can't stand... It's really a treasure homestay, I will come again next time!"

"First of all, I want to praise the handsome guy at the front desk who is always available and responsive to your requests. We booked a deluxe suite, which has plenty of room and provides oxygen from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am the next day. There is floor heating, please contact the front desk to turn it on.
Problem: Only the king-size bed room inside has a shower, while the twin bed room outside only has a toilet. Very inconvenient.
I don't know if the hotel was cheated by the decoration company. Many designs are unreasonable. For example, the toilet is smart, but the shower room does not have dry and wet separation, and the space is small. When taking a shower, the toilet next to it opens and closes automatically, playing by itself...
The hygiene is average, with a layer of dust on the table.
The faucet was loose and the sink was leaking. The front desk guy came up to repair it in time and cleaned the floor, but said that I could only use it with low water.
The automatic power-off function in the bathroom is very strange. The lighting and heating will turn off by themselves when they are turned on."

The decoration is very stylish and the style is very appealing to me. The owner's careful design can be seen in every corner. The facilities are complete and clean, making the stay very reassuring and comfortable.
The boss was very welcoming and helped us with our luggage. The location was also good, and it was only a 2-minute walk to the ancient street.
The room was well soundproofed, and I slept very well after a day of fatigue. The breakfast was also exquisite and rich. You could tell at a glance that it was carefully put together and was absolutely nutritious and healthy.
The owner's care can be seen everywhere in the B&B. It's great. I will stay here again next time.

MM503023****The hotel is on the roadside, three stories high, with no elevator, no air conditioning, only floor heating, parking, and breakfast (which was average). The room we were given was a room with a window facing the road, which was quite noisy. Closing the window didn't allow for ventilation and was stuffy, and keeping the window open was noisy. The sleep quality was average. Oxygen supply was available for an additional fee of 58 per night. We spent a long time negotiating with the owner, who finally gave us two bottles of oxygen. The price was right, and there were no other drawbacks.

GGuest UserAs I stepped into the hotel, the girl at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile, which instantly dispelled the coldness in my body. There is a humidifier in the room, which provides diffuse oxygen and allows you to sleep well at night. There is a view outside the window and you can also see the stars at night✨. The room is large, clean and has strong indoor heating, so you can enjoy the spring-like warmth even in the cold night.
In the early morning, the sun shines through the window. When you open the window and look out, the snow-capped mountains come into view. In the restaurant, delicious food and nutritious breakfast are paired to start an energetic day.
Litang in winter is so beautiful and pure, and this hotel is a warm station in the ice and snow, which makes me feel at home during my journey. Next time I come, I will still choose it!

Check-in was incredibly efficient, and the friendly staff patiently answered my questions about transportation and dining. They also proactively reminded me of some essentials for a stay—very thoughtful.
I needed extra toiletries, and they were delivered promptly after a phone call. The response was incredibly prompt. Check-out was also handled in seconds, making the entire experience incredibly comfortable. The excellent front desk service really made this stay a truly memorable one. I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

GGuest UserThe room I stayed in this time was very clean. I could enjoy the snow-capped mountains and grasslands outside the window. The location was excellent, and Room 318 was right outside my door. The room had good lighting, was cleaned quite well, and was quiet enough. For someone like me who has high requirements for sleep quality, it felt good. The front desk service attitude was good, enthusiastic and polite, and the overall feeling was good!

3300135****There was no one at the check-in front desk. It took more than 10 minutes for the front desk to come. Then I checked in, but the front desk never did it. Because the room type we stayed in didn't have it. He told me to move to the mahjong room. I don't agree with being afraid of noise because we went out with our children and worried about their poor sleep. I spent almost ten minutes at the front desk. Then the front desk asked the boss whether they should upgrade our room to have an extra oxygen bar! In the end, the boss didn't agree. Then the front desk ran upstairs to clean the house for us. When I got to the room, the boss had just come out of the room I booked. The room is facing the elevator door. I checked my reservation and requested that it not be at the elevator entrance. The boss finally upgraded the aerobic room for free. In fact, it’s just a few dozen dollars. When I entered the room recently, there was one toothbrush and one teacup missing and no tea bags.

AAtypical TopicsWe stayed here in July during the horse festival. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly, but there were some significant issues. The shower only had hot water during the afternoon because they relied on a solar hot water heater. The shower did not drain properly. They did not have coffee or even tea at breakfast. The windows were low quality and the room was quite noisy from traffic. The lobby smelled of toxic paint or some kind of epoxy. It was very strong and intense. When we used the heating system , that smell ended up in our room! When we visit again, we will choose another hotel.

We were mistakenly placed in a first room, and had to move 30 minutes after our arrival. This was a blessing in disguise, as neither the Wi-Fi nor the kettle worked in the first room!
