"Excellent location, tucked away in an alley just off the G318 National Highway, making it a peaceful retreat amidst the activity. The room is compact but impeccably clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. The owner is incredibly friendly and always goes out of their way to assist. My only suggestion would be to install an electric water heater in the shared bathroom."

"We stayed only one day in Litang (way too short) but had a fabulous time, and the people from the guesthouse were definitely part of this!
This is a real ‘homestay’, with a large common space for people to gather (see the picture), super friendly service from everyone working here, beautifully decorated rooms with high quality sanitary and amenities, and an oxygen machine in every room (useful at an altitude of 4000 meters), …
We wanted to go from from Litang to Shangrila and the owner helped us fetch a ride - highly appreciated!

"Perfect!!! Our best stay in China!! The host speaks perfect English, and together with his lovely family they hosted us with love and took care of everything as if we were their family, including driving and accompanying us to the bus and making sure we got on the right bus. The hotel is beautiful with a great common space and lots of musical instruments and good vibes. The rooms are huge and clean and luxurious. The location is perfect too. It's worth coming to Litang just for their wonderful hospitality!"

"INCROYABLE !! L’hôtel est sublime (venait vivre l’expérience dans une maison typique tibétaine), l’ambiance est chaleureuse (tout le monde se retrouve dans les parties communes et surtout au coin du feu), la nourriture délicieuse, et les gens qui travaillent ici sont simplement géniaux ! "This is a very serious comment. We checked in yesterday and it was a little rainy. After booking, we went to the hotel and the front desk came to pick us up and help us with our luggage. We booked a mahjong room. I was really shocked after entering. The room I booked at this price gave me the feeling that it was the most cost-effective hotel during our week-long trip. Not only was the service attitude good and welcoming, the room was also clean and beautiful, and I experienced the simple friendship between different nationalities. This was the most satisfying hotel/B&B of this trip. It truly exceeded my expectations and was a fantastic value compared to other B&Bs in Zhejiang!
Although it's a bit far from Litang, it's closer to Yading Airport, allowing me to sleep in a little longer. Occupying a small hillside, it's a converted abandoned house. The rammed earth shimmers beautifully in the setting sun, and the view of the vast grassland in the distance is truly soothing. There's also a cafe at the foot of the hillside.
Speaking of the room, after all, it's been open for 24 years, so it must be in excellent condition. It's spacious and has a ******* feel. There are plenty of windows, which I love, so I can enjoy the view even while lying down. There's an oxygen concentrator, so I slept very well.
Finally, the food was excellent! The service was also excellent, with a smile on their faces. Since we had a flight the next day, breakfast was even delivered to our room.
Overall, this is a hotel/B&B with beautiful scenery, solid facilities, and excellent value. I'd definitely choose Arro Khampa again on my next trip.

The overall wind of the hotel The style is very atmospheric but it will not be too exaggerated. The national decoration is just right. There is a rooftop at night to see the stars. The first time I saw the Milky Way and the Beidou Seven Stars so close to me. The staff in the store are particularly warm, simple, friendly and sincere. It is suitable for us to stay around. Where can I go? Where is the nearest supermarket? They are worried that people like us who come from the flat may be prone to lack of oxygen. They take the initiative to help us take all the luggage, big and small, and move to the room. When we check out, we are also very eager to ask if we have luggage. It feels very heart-warming. The most important thing to have fun is to pay attention to a mood. I may have talked a lot of nonsense hahahahaha, but I lived really comfortable. I sat in the yard the next morning and made a coffee in the sun. I really don’t want to go. Relax and pure. I highly recommend it next time. I will definitely choose this one.

The location was excellent, and Room 318 was right outside my door. The room had good lighting, was cleaned quite well, and was quiet enough. For someone like me who has high requirements for sleep quality, it felt good. The front desk service attitude was good, enthusiastic and polite, and the overall feeling was good!

The room was really nice, but there were some issues. The ceiling was leaking water overnight. A constant drip sound and water on the floor, luckily not on the bed. My bathroom also has drainage problems. The floor was also very dusty and dirty. It was explained in the morning when a sledge hammer was being used on the floor above starting at 8am. Not a big issue, but they also didn't give me the obligatory two bottles of water. I had to boil my own. No heating, but there is an electric blanket.
This will be a good hotel once they sort a few issues out.
