Absolutely terrible. I booked a twin room, but when I arrived, the hotel told me they had no twin rooms available, claiming my reservation didn't specify one. I showed the front desk my booking confirmation, which clearly stated 'twin room'. The front desk agent then stated there was nothing they could do as no twin rooms were available. Their only solution was a room with one bed and an added temporary folding bed, implying that if I didn't accept, there were no other options. Having just gotten off a plane, with four pieces of luggage and my 70-year-old mother, I was exhausted and couldn't face any more hassle, so I had no choice but to settle for it. After I agreed to check in with the extra bed, the Asian woman at the front desk then modified my booking in the system to show that this was the room I had originally booked. This made me feel like any evidence of my original reservation was erased. Fortunately, Trip.com later assisted in resolving the issue. However, I truly cannot recommend this hotel. The towels in the room also had stains. The Asian woman at the front desk, whose name might have been Sungxxx, also had an extremely poor attitude.

This is my third stay in London in the past 1 year. Zak’s extraordinary hospitality, the location and its convenience are few things I considered as main points why I always come back. Bus stop to many locations incl Tottenham Court is just right in front of the hotel, London Bridge station is 12 minutes walking pass through the charming Bermondsey St with its restaurants and pubs, Tower Bridge is 10 minutes walk and main groceries stores (Sainsbury or Tesco) are all within walking distance. The hotel has kitchenette with washing machine which felt at home too. There is coworking space and small coffee shop downstairs.

Really lovely studio with everything you could need for a brief sojourn in London . Good location , nice co-working space bar and cafe . Would stay again !

Urgently change your beds and pillows — it was the most uncomfortable bed and pillow I’ve ever slept on. I was charged £30 for just a one-hour late check-out, which is unreasonable. Check-in is only after 4 PM, which is also very strange. I will not stay here again.

Bermonds Lock is very close to the tower bridge but quite far from city centre and its scenic spots. It has great and friendly staff.

Fantastic hotel location. The room was incredibly spacious, and the amenities were excellent. We appreciated having ample kitchenware, which allowed us to prepare breakfast daily. Plus, Borough Market is just a short walk from the station, offering a wide array of delicious local street food.

Very close to the tower bridge. Convenient location with bus stop that’s 3 mins walk. Safe and nice neighborhood. Helpful staff. Nice public areas for work or study!

Prefer place for staying!

Really convenient location to central London, about 15 mins walk to London Bridge Underground station. It’s a svc apt so don’t expect daily housekeeping, but you can change your towels at the front desk just fine. Only downside is that there is no door that separates the toilet and the shower, so water leaks out and you will have a very wet toilet. The towels in our toilet increased by each day as we had to build a fort around the shower so we don’t step on cold wet tiles when we do our business.

The room is huge and with kitchen amenities plus washer dryer in the room.

Such a lovely place to be-located a walk away from Tower Bridge to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city, but has the benefit of being set in a quaint area with some lovely eateries and shops. The hotel itself was so spacious, modern and immaculately set out! Thank you for an amazing stay 😊

Lovely neighbourhood, love walking through the neaeby park amd watch ppl play tennis. The location to camden is about 20mins away, borough market is walking distance. Walkimg distance to train and also have bus stops nearby. The room was lovelt, spacious and has a washing machine/dryer.

The cooking facilities were excellent. The room was a bit small, but it was perfectly fine for a stay.

Like the vibe. Lots of digital nomads.
