Great hotel

The room was not clean

I had an exceptional experience at this 5-star hotel! From the moment I arrived, the warm Indian hospitality was evident. The welcome was grand, complete with personalized touches that made me feel instantly at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. A special thanks to the manager, who graciously accommodated my late check-in without any hassle—such flexibility is rare and truly appreciated. The service throughout my stay was impeccable, with everyone genuinely eager to assist. If you're looking for a luxurious stay with outstanding service and a personal touch, this hotel is an absolute must-visit!

Rooms are little smaller but food was good.

No 1 place to stay . Very clean , Quiet , Exceptional Food , Good Housekeeping Service , Great Security , All together Good customer service , Great Hospitality . Give me a feeling to go again and again.

I had heard some negative feedback about Taj—that they focus mainly on VIP or wealthy guests and often overlook regular holiday visitors. But during my stay, I did not experience anything like that. The staff across all departments were very welcoming. I can’t remember all the names, but the lady staff member in the evening at Oudhyana and at the café, Anshika, was extremely caring. The manager at Oudhyana was also very good. He helped us avoid high billing by informing us on time that our package dinner was not part of the Oudhyana dining, so we shifted to the designated buffet area. My suggestion would be to include a few items from Oudhyana as part of the package as well. During breakfast, he even arranged kachauri through Anshika as a gesture of care and to acknowledge the misunderstanding—though it wasn’t really an issue. Overall, the experience was nice and welcoming. I would love to come again with my wife, as this stay was with my parents. From reservation with Mr. Ravi Pandey to checkout, everything was very good.

I would especially like to mention Neha, who works in the restaurant. She stands out for her energetic attitude, constant smile, and genuine willingness to help. Neha goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels comfortable and satisfied — whether it’s remembering preferences, offering suggestions, or simply greeting guests with positivity. She’s a true asset to the team. Mr.shambhu is also a good leader it seems always care about the guests and handle it with warmth. Many names are there like Sanya,Fayaz ..great stay and will recommend my friends

A pleasant trip with full of surprises by exceptional service in all aspects. We want to thank Narayan, Durgesh & Rafat from housekeeping team , they were just like our family & takes care of everything thoroughly. Soumil , pawan & Gulshan from IRD never let our kids feel they are not in home with chef shamim & his team. Food was traditional , yummy & always liked by us. Mr Shantanu & Shraddha from Reception took care of us & our requirements by giving their's level best. We truly miss taj & it's associates whenever we start a return journey towards our home. They treat every guests with " an always yes" culture which is very rare in other luxury brands . Thanks for everything & made our stay so memorable.

Nice hotel with best of amenities. Great room and hospitality at its best. Very few Taj hotels still have the Tajness and The Lucknow Taj Mahal is one of them. Best wishes

Oh my god! The ambiance the aesthetic was so on point. Staff was nice and courteous. I went there for my birthday celebration, Miss Swara did great job she manage to gave me a beautiful cake and a cute decor, really appreciatable Swara.The food was really tasty and lots of variety. We had dinner buffet and breakfast buffet all were nice. Thank you Taj❤️

Our stay at the Taj Mahal, Lucknow was nothing short of amazing. The hospitality and attention to detail is truly impressive, but then again it’s Taj , you know you are going to have a wonderful time. A heartfelt thanks to Mithilesh, Ranjana, Ayesha, and Nidhi for making our visit so special. These people do go out of their way to make you feel special A special mention to Nidhi for her thoughtful gestures and genuine warmth throughout our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

The stay is made more memorable by the team helping us at the Hotel. Mithilesh, Faheem, Avu and others from the F&B team, the concierge team and the Guest Relations team. The guest relations prompt action in providing badminton racquets and arranging a pool session at neighbouring hotel as the pool had to be shutdown due to heavy rains, engaged the kids productively. Kudos to the team at Taj Mahal Lucknow! Cheers

Mansoon time made it look even better. Pool or garden side rooms are very good. You may order local culinary specialities from outside thru Swiggy or Zomato which is very cool .
