"The tour attendant at the hotel, Abdul, is a complete fraud. He sold us a Luxor tour for 55 dollars. When we got in the taxi, we saw that it was not a tour but just a transport. And the air conditioning of the vehicle was not working, can you imagine, it was 50 degrees inside the vehicle. They said that this was a sudden malfunction, but this is not true. The air conditioning was broken from the beginning. Even if it was true, they did not inform us that the air conditioning was not working. We asked them to compensate for this, they could have at least given us a small refund, but this time Abdul lied to us and said that we had underpaid him in the first place. This is a big lie because we said we would pay in dollars and he showed us the total payment on the calculator. So there is no way we have underpaid. Definitely do not buy a tour from the tour attendant at this hotel, Abdul. We are currently traveling in a taxi at 50 degrees!!!"

"The hotel location is great, situated on a clean street. The rooms are lovely, and I particularly liked the bathroom facilities. The staff were all very friendly! Since we drove there, the hotel security guard even directed us to a free and safe parking spot (as the hotel doesn't have its own parking). Much appreciated!"

"The hotel has a really nice location with a beautiful river view, which we truly enjoyed. The breakfast was also very good and satisfying. However, we found that the staff was not very helpful when it came to cleaning up the tables during breakfast, and the room was a bit noisy due to outside traffic, which affected our sleep.
At reception, the personnel provided good service and quality assistance. One issue we encountered was during the booking process through Trip.com: we reserved a double bed room expecting it to accommodate two people, but upon arrival, we were informed that the double bed room was only for one person. We had to pay an additional charge to stay as two guests, which was unexpected and could have been clarified earlier.
Overall, the stay was pleasant, but clearer communication about room occupancy policies and soundproofing improvements would enhance the experience."

"Overall, it was a good stay. Reception was quick to address initial issues around cleanliness of my room, and they made up for it by upgrading me. Room service was great, restaurants and breakfast also very good. Location is ideal, you can take a walk on the Nile at sunset and the garden is absolutely stunning. I do think parts of the hotel need upgrading, the carpets were looking a bit rough in parts of my room, the hairdryers were seriously old, headboard had marks and scuffs on it etc., I definitely expected a bit more for a 5 star hotel."

"The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. I arrived quite early by train, around 9 AM, and she was incredibly accommodating, offering an early check-in after just a 40-minute wait for the room to be prepared.
The place is very quiet. Getting a taxi to attractions on the East Bank is easy and costs around 50 EGP.
The surroundings are lovely, and you can even watch hot air balloons from the terrace!"

"We had a small issue with the AC when we arrived, but it was quickly resolved. The hotel itself is beautifully located and has a charming atmosphere with historical touches in its decoration. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the manager in particular is a kind and genuine person – it was a pleasure speaking with him.
The hotel also offers excellent services. I asked about a river boat ride with dinner, and they organized everything for us: comfortable coach pickup and a private boat with dinner. It was a truly romantic experience and very well arranged.
We had also a great massage in the spa and a pedicure. Special thanks for Sabah, a very kind lady.
Overall, a wonderful stay with great service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!"

PpurplepolarbearIt's a beautiful hotel with beautiful hearts on the west bank of Luxor. It was a 20 min drive from the airport and 15 min drive from Karnak Temple. The view from the rooftop is amazing both morning and night! Great local breakfast too. The room was very clean and basic toiletries were provided.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a small courtyard, garden, swimming pool in the yard, the room is also very large, the garden can be seen on the balcony, and the balcony is very comfortable. Breakfast is a simple continental breakfast configured by the head, which is also ok. The boss will ask you what time to eat tomorrow morning the night before? The restaurant brother will wait at the agreed time. I stayed there for five days. In short, it is not bad, except for the poor Wi-Fi signal, the socket is two round holes, and it is very loose, many can not be used, breakfast is less than European and American cucumber, tomato, others are fine. Outside the courtyard is two worlds. The road at the door is not hardened. It is a main street for a few minutes. There are some snacks, a small fruit shop, and a sugarcane juice is very good. You can go to the pier to take a boat to the east bank, the main center is the east bank. Short stay is not recommended, after all, carrying luggage is quite tossing, time is sufficient, there is not much demand for Wi-Fi. You can rest here!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very beautiful, in a great location, very quiet, opposite the hot air balloon. I originally wanted to book the East Palace, but later I passed by there and was glad I booked the Hilton. It was too noisy there, and it was difficult to park. It was chaotic. We drove ourselves, and the Hilton parking was friendly! There was a security guard at the entrance!

TTuT_While the hotel rooms are a bit dated, they're quite nice for Luxor. We upgraded to a deluxe room, which is very spacious, with beautiful large floor-to-ceiling windows. The public areas are beautiful and full of history. Room service is convenient, and the juices are fresh; two glasses a day is more than enough. The food is standard Western cuisine, which is considered quite good in Egypt.

The room is clean and the price is fair.
Really nice breakfast served with Ommelete and coffee, and traditional Egyptian food.

TTaiguoyongxiachengLuxor is an ancient city, so one shouldn't set expectations too high for hotels. This one, located right on the Nile, is old but well-maintained, not dilapidated. The sheets were decent, and the air conditioning wasn't noisy. All things considered, it's not bad at all. Plus, the hotel is quite spacious. And the Nile is right outside the door.

MMahesh BabuIt is a fabulous raw and Rustic location in theHeart of Luxor. Just for an local life experience, we moved from exotic beach hotel accomodation to this Hotel. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!! Best part was the Terrace, It is amazing. The photos we shot on it were simply mesmerising!!
The Staff were very very friendly and were always there for us in organize our trips, pick and drops!!
Overall we enjoyed our stay in Happy land Luxor!!

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good. It is right next to the Luxor Temple. It takes only 2 minutes to walk. The window of the room faces the Nile River and you can also see the Luxor Temple clearly. The restaurant on the top floor has a great view. The service of the front desk guy is very good and very helpful. The most important thing is that the room and bathroom are very clean, so you can stay at ease.
