During winter months, you can see whales directly from the living room. The beach is 20 steps away right outside the back door. The corner unit provides more generous sunshine while giving the best privacy in the community. This is a one bedroom one bathroom ground floor condo unit in the Ma‘alaea Banyan complex, about 558 sqft. The ground-floor condo makes it easily accessible and convenient to unload your luggage and groceries while walking directly to nature and the beach. Ma’alaea Banyan has a heated pool and hot tub. It is right in the middle of the building. BBQ near the pool. There is a small sandy beach right outside of the unit. You can access Maui’s longest sandy beach through Haycraft Park at the end of the road. It is a 5-minutes 0.2-mile walk.
