The hotel is only reachable by taxi or Public transportation, no shuttle bus. The staff were friendly and had a pleasant stay

Nice Hotel, perfectly clean. only issue was i wasn’t able to order from the restaurant during the time it said it was open. other than that, no complaints, will stay again!

Nice location to go to Ifema

Close to airport Terminals. Good for transit. Easy to get there (by taxi, uber, bus & metro etc,) within 10-30mins. Breakfast is nice too!!

Staff at the hotel are very polite and helpful. The room is clean, and the hotel is a short taxi ride away.

We got 2 single bed. But very nice viwe.

Very friendly staff, restaurant had a good choice. Free soft drinks in the room very welcome. Good location (around 10 EUR to the airport using Uber, Metro also within 10 minutes walking distance). Very quiet at night, clean and comfortable beds. Will happily stay again.

The place is very clean and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. They booked me a taxi to the airport at 3:00 am which was a flat rate of 20 Euros. It’s a bit pricy for being so close but when it’s that early the metro isn’t running. Taking the metro to the hotel ended up being 2.5 Euros but will be 7 just for 1 stop if you don’t have a transport card yet. The hotel walls are a bit thin so if you’re a light sleeper maybe request a higher floor. Overall it was great and I’d stay there again.

The room was spacious and clean; the surrounding area is a residential area, about an 8-minute walk from the subway station, and just one stop from the airport terminal, which also provides direct access to the city center, making it very convenient; there's a restaurant area about an 8-minute walk away, including a place called Chutoro Madrid, which is excellent. It's a Spanish-Japanese cuisine restaurant with very high-quality ingredients, highly recommended!

Very good room facilities. A bit far from the city center, but convenient for transportation by subway.

The price-performance ratio is average, but the hotel is relatively clean and a bit out of the way.
