Had a great time in Madrid because of this hotel. Location was amazing and the bed is so comfortable

The location of the hotel is fantastic! It is within walking distance of the royal palace, gran via and lots more. We walked everywhere as it was so easy. There are two metro stations very close by too. The room was ready when we got there, and check in was very straightforward and quick. The room was clean, and I like that there is a shower cubicle rather than a bath, and no carpets so it felt very clean.

I stayed at the hotel in Madrid, it was located across from the Palace and garden. Most places is in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay. Everyone from the front of the house to the back was courteous kind helpful and smiled . The door man helped us translate when we ran in trouble with the Uber driver .  I did not catch his name we checked-outThursday August 28rh. Thanks again everyone was great.

Very good location, so closed to the metro station and the royal palace. What I think they should improve is that training the staff speaking basic English so we can communicate as not all passengers speak Spanish. Especially the cleaning team, some of don't even have basic respect and service sense to passengers. They just opened the door for cleaning without knocking the door first while We stayed in the room

Good location and convenient to anywhere, good service and helpful front desk.  Excellent breakfast with many varieties, I will come again next time.

Hotel was very nice, very centrally located and had some very beautiful designs and themes. The room was a bit small and maybe not as wonderful as the hotel entry, but it was good.

Located in the heart of Madrid, next to Plaza de España and right next door to the Royal Palace! Lots of wonderful restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and the lobby of the hotel was always immaculate. Would stay here again!

Amazing hotel, close to the city attractions and the room is clean! Walkable to many nice places and streets with good food!👍🏻

The beds are really dirty!!!! There were some hairs inside.
