"The hotel chain is all located near train station and we trust the brand. That's the reason we chose this hotel. This one is about 10 minutes walk from Mainz train station. Very easy for travelling. It's also within walking distance to the old town where there are few Christmas markets - all about 20 minutes' walk. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom has enough hooks and rails for towels and clothes. Staff are very friendly. In general, the Germans are hospitable and friendly to foreigners."

The front desk has English service and the attitude is very good. The hotel is right by the Rhine River, with first-class scenery and a very quiet neighborhood."

"The staff were friendly and the facilities were good I was especially satisfied with the clean breakfast included in the stay The room facilities were spacious and good 2 bunk beds Out of the 4 beds, I wasn't sure if the sheets on the 2nd floor had been changed So I took one off the cleanliness I used a sticker every time to remove dust from the sheets But that bed had a lot of dust, such as white hair We were a family of 4, but we only used 3 beds The location was good because there was a large supermarket and beer house nearby It's a little far from the old town But considering the price, I'm very satisfied"

"The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, with good services including breakfast and complimentary snacks. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, and a member of staff was on hand at reception to check me in even though I arrived late in the evening. My room was huge and amazing value, and was set up for me beautifully. The location, while not central in Mainz, was reasonably well-connected to the city centre via public transport -- the bus stop was a ten-minute walk downhill from the hotel through very pretty neighbourhoods with regional charm."

"First of all, when I checked in and out, everyone was so kind! I asked for hot water to eat cup noodles at the hostel, so he brought me to the door directly because it was hot! "Very nice location - it is easy to reach the sights of Mainz and also to have a stroll along the river. During my stay there was some construction, that was not very pleasant. Also, make sure you are staying in the main building, or you will have to walk a long way with luggage... and help was not offered, although I had 2 suitcases. European hotel rooms tend to be small and drab - that was the case here too."

"the niu Mood hotel is a solid choice when spending some nights in Mainz - the property, common areas and bedroom are very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful and a bus station connection to the central station or city center is a 3 minutes walk away (although the location is not close to any supermarkets or restaurants nearby) However, it is worth a stay!"

"The hotel has really been renovated. When I went there, I was still working on the ceiling of the hall. The elevator was a bit swaying. I don’t know if it was also under renovation. The room space was OK. Two people were slightly crowded because the new decoration smelled, but the window could basically be scattered for a long time."
