This place was great! Super friendly staff. Clean rooms. Close to the river and easy to walk to main attractions. Good choice.

Hotel aircon is cold. Unlimited water provided. Bicycles are available for 2hr usage for free. Rided it to roam around. Bed is comfortable. Overall good. Already returned 3 times. Jonker's chendol is the best. All nearby walkable.

Nice and very near the melaka river

Aava Hotel is located within walking distance to Jonker Walk and just behind it is where you can get a river cruise. There are many eateries nearby and you can stroll around for interesting photo shoots. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The beds are firm but the pillows are soft. Toiletries are adequate and free WiFi is available. The staff are also friendly and helpful. My only problem was parking spaces which is limited. Overall, a great place to chill and would surely return again.

Love the Advantage Suite that we booked. It has high ceiling, with both modern and traditional deco. All the furniture are thoughtfully place to make the room more spacious. The bed is very comfortable and there's even a Dolce Gusto in the room. Close by to all the famous spots in Jonker. There's a complimentary breakfast. Would definitely come back.

Room is a bit old, but is okay for one night. Staff not friendly but also no rude. omay to stay if you don't need happy welcome.

A beautiful and well kept heritage hotel with friendly and helpful front desk. Room is comfortable and big. Right beside the riverfront with walking distance to all the attractions and jonker street

The location and staff service are generally good. It is quite clean but the building itself is rather old. The only thing which I think could improve is breakfast.

Great location as it's near to Jonker and River. It's an old Baba house (spacious and nice) Room: Comfortable bed; aircon leaking from top (quite outdated air-conditioning). Don't expect many Tv channels available. Amenities in room: basic Hot water from shower quite difficult to control - either too hot or too cold. Breakfast: Very simple (a packet of nasi lemak, bread with optional sausages). We decided not to have the 2nd breakfast there. This hotel has good potential if they maintain and upkeep the premises.

Hotel location is very strategic. Cleanliness is tip top. Well served breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return next round.

quite long exists for years. simple and decoration jz nice for instagram. Apparently staffs are untrained and aware abt hospitality practice, can jz makeup the table in front of you once u have done ur breakfast as reaching closing time, call u 12pm sharp to checkout or extra charge u. Oh ya seen no more nasi lemak as described by others and swimming pool are empty
