After upgrading to silver membership, we were told that we had breakfast. When we went up to eat breakfast, we found that we were not given breakfast coupons. Has anyone bought breakfast to eat without charging it? And we had it for free when we stayed at the All Seasons before, or we also had breakfast coupons after purchasing. I stayed for one night on the way back from a self-driving tour in Hainan. I personally think it is the best hotel I have stayed at among the Huajihui Hotels, even better than the whole season. 酒店靠近高鐵站,去別的地方也都不遠,交通便利,房間衞生乾淨,寬敞,隔音好,也很好,本人是5月24日下午兩點55左右辦入住,入住時工作人員服務態度非常好,讓我感覺賓至如歸,但是到晚上10點接近11點的時間回到酒店,有問題需要問詢前台,此時前台衹有一個綠色條紋衣服前台,態度非常不好!臉上表情比***還臭!説話語氣也很冷漠,我和她第一次見面喔,沒欠她錢吧???我很不滿意!不過第二天早上,換了工作人員之後,所有的工作人員服務態度都很好了,讓我感覺很滿意,建議加強對態度不好的工作人員的培訓,沒有服務意識也別在前台待了哈!所以服務這邊是本人衹能給三星!其他的都挺好,包括樓上搞衞生的阿姨也都很好,整體很滿意,除了那個綠色條紋的前台!!!!!

大家避坑啊,華住什麼時候變得這麼差了! 還是桔子酒店比全季的服務就要差,等房等很久,前台的等待區也很臟亂,服務更是一塌糊塗。 早餐的質量也差,衞生非常不好,延到1點收取30元,什麼都要收費!下次不來了!附近的亞朵和美豪麗致價格也不錯,下次定其他了,華住現在多了態度就不好了。
