"I booked for a standard room with a pool view as posted. But when we arrived, we initially checked in a room not as expected. But the room was cozy, clean and spacious. They said that the pool view is a first come first serve basis. But luckily the other guests cancelled their reservation for that room with the pool view so we were transferred to the preferred/booked room. However the overall experience is very good. No complaints at all. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The food tastes good. The view is spectacular with the volcano overview. "

"The villa that we stayed in is very peaceful and quite. However, the restaurant has limited selection. They don't have TV or intercom, you would need to use your mobile to call the receptionist. There is no sauna as advertised. The resort focuses on hosting event and markets the instagrammable place. But need to improve recreational activities like spa,sauna,massage and food options (more indonesian inspired food)"

"The receptionists were not informed of my bookings and they let me and my family members stay in the lobby for half an hour as they need to confirm my bookings.
The amenities like pool were under renovation and unsafe to use but no one even informed us. This hotel SUCKS!!!"

"A warm welcome at hotel. Lobby has nice ambience. Helpful staff. Room is safe in separate part of building. Nice breakfast- restaurant- bar. Quiet. Went to other location to use pool. It’s near a beautiful cathedral. . Good value. Recommend."

"Decent hotel. No lift. Have climb using the stairs. No water provided in room. Theres water dispenser on every floor. Found few roaches in bathroom and desk. Other than these, bed is ok. Location is grear,however, if you are driving, you may face difficulty.
For this price, you cant argue much. This place is a lot better than some other town's hotel."
