"For some reason, when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there was no room because we were prepaid for the room, and the front desk beauty was very responsible for helping us transfer to another Hilton not far away, and included breakfast. But another Hilton that looks more advanced feels not as good as this Huiting suite. The room is dusty and it feels unoccupied for a long time. Later, after the front desk arranged to clean, it was still not very clean. The breakfast location was relatively spacious, but the content was average. It is incomparable with domestic Hilton, and the quality management is a little worse. Later, after leaving the store, I also charged my fee, and later communicated that the fee has been refunded. It can be seen that the management is very general."
"The hotel itself is great, I’ve stayed there plenty of times before, however this is the first time I’ve used trip.com to book, unfortunately when putting in all my info it appears trip.com switched my guest name with mine on the reservation which caused all types of confusion and had my card charged double because the hotel couldn’t find the reservation because it wasn’t under my name. I eventually was refunded but all of this happened on my birthday weekend… so yea not the best experience"
"Very speechless check-in experience. It was already after dinner at the hotel, and the place was easy to find. But the receptionist told us that the room was not reserved for us because Ctrip did not pay. Contacted Ctrip customer service, they quickly communicated for us, but they couldn't give us a room because it was full. After waiting for more than an hour, Ctrip can only say to help us see if other hotels in the town are still available. Our two female colleagues were on a business trip to the United States. We dragged two 29-inch suitcases and two boarding boxes from the west of the United States. We couldn’t check in immediately. After waiting in the lobby for an hour or two, we had to find another hotel😡😡😡! And we plan to stay for two nights. Later, I realized that we are super members of Marriott. After showing the membership card number, the little brother asked the manager for instructions and told us that there is still a room-type suite, but a set of dining table and chairs is missing! And you have to pay separately. Ctrip also agreed to go back and pay us the check-out fee. At this time, we can fall down as long as we have a bed, so we can only accept the check-in. The room was fine. But when the second of us was about to take a shower, the main station called and said sorry, we found our reservation record, because the order of the two people who made the reservation was reversed, and we couldn’t find it just now. We clearly showed the passports of two people ! Bad experience!"
"It was a great experience to stay at Rutgers University Hotel and Conference Center. It has an old exterior, clean and complete facilities, and comes with a small refrigerator and microwave. It is surrounded by green trees and lawns. In the morning and evening, you can see a few deer leisurely and squirrels jumping around. It feels like living in a natural park. The front desk service is also great, patient and meticulous. I want to stay again next time."
"After staying for three days, there is a phamacy in front of the hotel. There are several big supermarkets not far away, so it is very convenient to buy water and things! Considered the best hotel nearby, it is consistent with the Huan Peng brand, early, in the lobby, check out time at 12 o'clock, but at 11 o'clock, the water will be cut off, this is very passive because the family wakes up late because of jet lag, they can’t wash their faces Check out after brushing your teeth"
"The location is very good, very close to the two airports of LaGuardi and Kennedy, there is a macy's nearby, there is a subway station, there is a place for dining with Burger King downstairs. Stayed for two consecutive days but the waiter did not come to clean, a little depressed."
"If you are sending your children to Rutgers University, this hotel is already the most convenient in terms of location. There is a taxi service at the door, and it costs 30 dollars to park a night. Inside the hotel, there is no service. The attitude of several front desks is cold. I don’t know if they are targeted at Asians."

Wwolfsvane**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | A Truly Exceptional Stay — Beyond Expectations!**
From the moment we arrived at \[Hotel Name], everything was pure perfection. The check-in process was seamless and welcoming — we were greeted with a smile, a refreshing welcome drink, and helpful staff who made us feel at home instantly.
**Room:**
Our room was spotless, modern, and elegantly designed, with a breathtaking view of the city skyline/ocean/mountains (customize as needed). The bed was heavenly — I honestly had the best sleep I’ve had in months. The daily housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and small details like the nightly turndown service and complimentary bottled water made a big difference.
**Amenities:**
The infinity pool was a highlight — clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. The gym was well-equipped, and the spa treatments were heavenly. We also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and convenient business center.
**Dining:**
Breakfast was a daily treat! The buffet had everything from fresh tropical fruits and artisan pastries to made-to-order omelets and local delicacies. We dined twice at the in-house restaurant, and both meals were five-star quality — beautifully presented and incredibly flavorful.
**Service:**
What really sets \[Hotel Name] apart is the **exceptional service**. Every staff member we encountered — from the concierge to housekeeping — went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Special shoutout to \[Staff Name, if applicable] for their kindness and helpful local tips!
**Location:**
Perfectly located near top attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, yet still quiet enough for a restful sleep. It felt like the best of both worlds.
**Final Thoughts:**
I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but \[Hotel Name] genuinely stood out. Whether you’re visiting for business, romance, or a family getaway, this hotel offers outstanding value, comfort, and luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again — in fact, I can’t wait to return!
GGuest UserThe location is very convenient, right off route 1 south. We arrived very late and with the incorrect booking date. The lady at the service desk was extremely helpful and managed to rebookd a room at the spot. Thank you to trip.com.
They also allowed us to have a late check out. Again have to praise the friendliness of the service desk.
The room assigned was not set up properly so we got an upgrade.
Room is clean by there are no slippers, no shower cap, tooth brush etc. Kind of disappointed.
GGuest UserThe stay experience was great! The front desk was friendly and efficient, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The hotel is conveniently located, with many delicious foods around and a rich variety of breakfast. It is very cost-effective and highly recommended to friends who are traveling for business and tourism!
II-Ping Neal HsiehThe best thing is the location. Amazing convenient. No need to across the road, you can buy in Walmart and Dollar Tree, diner in Longhorn steakhouse (10% off if you live here)、Miller'sAle house、McDonald's、Donkin'、Wingstop、Maxican and Chinese food. For driving, US 9 and Garden Parkway are just beside. To JFK, only 1 HR.
Gem, swimming pool, 24/7 different hot coffee, make me more energetic during my business trip.
GGuest UserActually we looking for a cheaper room nearby the area, and accidentally picked the disabled room. To be honest, its not bad, the toilet with red light that can keep very warm after shower. The sink is out next to the bed is convenient for 2 people, if one using toliet, the other brush teeth or face cleaning. The area supposed for wheel chair turned to my yoga space. The bed probably with water proof sheet underneath make us feel very soft and comfortable. Breakfast is simple but ok. That's a good choice and we may stay again on the next trip.
RRachanee WeisslederI have stayed here many times. Everything was great at this hotel, good location, clean and comfortable. Room was very peaceful. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is free service coffee-tea table, water and Dunkin Donuts available for customers all day and night. I feel like at home.
AAnonymous UserThe room design is quite comfortable, the bed is big, the overall hygiene is good, the air conditioner is an old-fashioned one, which is quite noisy. The hotel provides breakfast and dinner, and there are not many choices, but the taste is good. It is quite comfortable overall and a good choice for business trips.
MM256371****The room is slightly small;
The cleanliness is okay;
There is a road next to it, so you will hear the sound of vehicles whizzing by from time to time;
It's a pity that there is no hair dryer;
I stayed for two nights, but there seems to be no room clean service in the middle. Although it is not particularly necessary, anyway, towels and the like are enough for two days;
The service attitude is very average. When checking in, I only gave the room card, but did not tell the wifi password, and I had to ask him for the password before he would give it;
The air conditioner is quite old, and the rotary buttons don't work very well;
The biggest advantage is that there is no need to pay deposit, well, this is one of the few advantages.
Planning a relaxing trip? Staying at a spa hotel can make your experience even more enjoyable. Hyatt Regency New Brunswick (from £ 96) is one of the best hotels with a spa in the area.
