Had Dinner in the restaurant and it was really yummy!! Had a glass of Trentham Estate Shiraz which was very good. Tom was an excellent waiter! All round a great experience

Our room was quite reasonable, however we were disappointed that the fridge had no freezer compartment. We have medication that needs to be kept cold while travelling, so have freezable ice bricks with us. We had to take these to reception and request that they be placed in a hotel freezer - this wasn't very convenient. We asked the Receptionist about a major tourist attraction in town. She didn't seem interested in telling us.more about it, suggesting that we look it up on social media. She didn't think the hotel had any brochures on this attraction - we found one there and then followed up with the Visitor Information Centre in town. Probably the most disappointing aspect of the hotel was the condition of the grounds. We had to walk through them to get to Reception. The garden is very neglected and the ponds throughout the garden are full of dirty stagnant water. We.would.not stay there again.

Very welcoming staff member on arrival the room was very clean but some maintenance needs doing as the lock on the bathroom was broken as was the one on the front door. Other than that we were very happy with the room.

The room was OK, a bit outdated and obviously well used. It was clean, and that is really all that matters to us.. We didn't eat in the restaurant but went to the bar, and drinks were reasonably priced. There are not too many comfy seats, or we would have hung around a bit longer, but ok, especially the fire in the middle of the room. Staff were friendly.

It is too noisy u can hear everything from ur neighbour room.

Lovely spa bath rooms. My daughter (toddler) loves this place as a little getaway. Great service, great staff, good options for room service menus. This place is always a go to!!!

Centrally located and well presented accommodation. Nice big swimming pool and tennis courts compliment the stay.

The stay was very good. The bathroom very clean. Wonderful hot water shower. Really like the place. The staff was friendly and helpful. Smile face:) Thank you.

I have stayed here on 40-50 or more occasions for work purposes over the past 7 years. It's basic but comfortable in a centrally located part of Mildura. Will continue to stay providing their prices are competitive. Otherwise there's plenty of other hotels close by as good or a touch better so it pays to shop around.

Cheap room price, but even with the discount, not value for money. Rooms are tired, restaurant was empty at peak dinner time, probably due to the limited menu and decor of the restaurant itself. Not great. After saying that I would stay here again. Beds were comfortable.

Very clean room , perfect its has microwave / toast to prepare a quick meal for breakfast or dinner. Great location and lovely reception staff
