Perfect location it has!

The room was very spacious, and the soundproofing was excellent. It was spotlessly clean, and all the facilities were in perfect working order. The service was top-notch, with the front desk staff being exceptionally warm and welcoming. The overall environment was great.

Rooms a bit older and hotel overall could be a bit cleaner, but not terrible. Some of front desk staff not the friendliest and we had some issues with room air conditioning.

A total scam place. This hotel is extremely dirty and run by a skeleton crew of staff! Random staff tried to come into the room without approval. This place has huge management issues.

The hotel is ideally located right in the city center, felt very safe, and offers on-site parking. The rooms were good, and the facilities are excellent. Highly recommended.

They did what they could but the A/C was being repaired. It did come online just before bedtime.

Excellent central location. The gentleman at the front desk wasn't very accommodating, but the ladies were lovely.

Our room wasn’t very clean, there was hair and stains. They don’t do housekeeping, unless it’s requested (which they never told us??) and then when we requested they at least take our trash out, they never did. The room was extremely hot, the A/C didn’t work, so we had to open the windows to let fresh air in but couldn’t sleep due to how loud it was outside. They don’t offer complimentary breakfast or airport shuttles or seemingly anything else but the room itself. The whole building is dated. There was a constant loud shrieking/beeping near the elevators the entire time. There seemed to always only be one person staffing the desk and they seemed miserable and in a bad mood each time we had to speak to someone. Even asking for towels seemed to be the most unreasonable ask from them. They also charge your card a $400 holding fee which is way more than any other place and shouldn’t be this high for a hotel of this low of a caliber anyway. I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s worth scraping up more money to stay somewhere decent in my opinion.

All the staff at this hotel, including the servers at the restaurant, were very helpful and friendly. Steven at the front desk provided excellent customer service.
