It's okay, but the management is lacking. - Only the card is handed out, no paper key holder. - When I complained about the lack of menu items during breakfast, they passed them on to the chef without a response. After I finished breakfast, I had to refill the food. - Electric vehicles were parked indiscriminately in handicapped parking spaces, preventing them from charging (they didn't answer the phone because it was nighttime).

I booked one night for 210,000 won. I booked because of the good reviews, but the underground parking lot was full, so I was told to park on the street. I drove around the neighborhood around the hotel, but there was no street parking, which was frustrating. I never thought I could park at a hotel... but what was even more absurd was the stench in the bathroom. It was so bad I couldn't stand it for even 5 seconds. I called the front desk, and they said the toilet might not be full, which was causing the smell, so I had to press the toilet lever to refill it before using it. I don't know if this is a hotel or a rural B&B... The smell was so unpleasant and ruined my trip. I couldn't sleep because of the smell. I don't usually write reviews, but receiving this kind of service for 210,000 won was so absurd and infuriating.

The facilities are well-maintained, and the layout is well-organized, making for a convenient stay. It was a comfortable trip, and I'd definitely return. However, the bathroom had a slightly unpleasant odor due to a problem with the toilet seal.

This is my second visit, and I'm truly disappointed. The bathroom shower faucet is tattered. I'm sure they noticed it while cleaning, but it seems like they don't have the basics in place to welcome guests in that condition. I won't be going back, but I hope they keep up the basics.

The smell of air freshener in the elevator and lobby is too strong... The bedding in the bathroom and the room is clean. There is a little noise. I like the styler. It was a shame that the bidet was broken.
