"The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Bed and pillow were comfortable. The location of the hotel is good as it faces the “Peace Square” and the harbor where there is water dance at night. The only issue is insufficient lighting (a bit dark) in the room, which is not convenient for me to read paper maps and information for planning what to do next day."

"조식이 선착순 마감이라 걱정되었는데 8시에 갔을때 밥과 반찬이 다 있었네요. 평일이라 그랬는지 모르겠네요. 한식이었고 나물반찬도 많았습니다. 시설은 전반적으로 괜찮았어요. 평화광장에서 거리가 좀 있구요. 소음 있습니다. 옆방 물소리도 들려요."

"The Mupo Station and the old city center are walking distance. It was so good for families to stay. Once clean, the quilt is also rusty, and the air conditioning, bathroom and kitchen facilities are great. Above all, it was nice to have two double beds and a spacious room. I was sorry that there was no parking, but I want to come again next time I come to Mokpo. "

"It is located near Hadang Peace Square and has separate parking facilities right next to it, so it was convenient. The room was small and basically equipped with water purifier, air purifier, and electric kettle. The bathroom and the washbasin were separated, and the shower with a large bathtub was satisfactory. Finally, the staff was so friendly."

GGuest UserAlthough my room was small, it had everything I needed and was quiet and clean. I was particularly happy with the shower - plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Moreover, the front desk and housekeeping were all very professional and helpful.
I chose the hotel because of its proximity to some of the places I wanted to visit and because it was close to the waterfront. I quite enjoyed my walks there mornings and evenings. It also turned out to be right across from Lotte Mart Maxx and within a 5-minute walk from both Daiso and Paris Baguette.
Breakfast was included in the extremely affordable price. It was not gourmet but perfectly adequately and filling. If I ever return to Mokpo, I will certainly consider staying at Hound Hotel.

The owner was kind to show me where and how use floor heating controls and for the electric blanket. Clean and neat room. Good for Sole travelers and friends. Would stay again should I visit again 😀

The motel is very close to the boardwalk and many cafes and shops are within walking distance. We were able to check-in 3 hours earlier which was a very pleasant surprise. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.

I visited in winter and it was really warm.
The facilities are clean, but the bathroom is clean.

TTravisWe only stayed here for one day and it was pretty nice! The room was very clean along the bathroom that had great water pressure and the TV was a huge brand new Samsung model supporting Netflix! It really has the perfect location surrounded by many restaurants, convenient stores, bars ect. The only issue is that it’s next to a Lotte Mart MAXX, so if you’re driving parking may be an issue.

They provide towels, and also have a hair dryer and straightener too. There isn't a check-in desk though, you have to ring them. Overall, it was a good stay.
