"It's a nice hotel located in a good area with plenty of boutiques and convenience stores. Although it's a bit far from the beaches and other attractions, but it's close to Gamcheon Village, Busan Tower, and subway stations and bus stop that offer convenient transportation options. The room is spacious and has a stunning view, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel offers free laundry services, and we purchased a washing capsule from the reception desk for 1,000 won, which was a great convenience. Overall, we were satisfied"

Amazing
GGuest UserThe second floor single accommodation was clean overall and the interior was stylish and warm. More than anything, the whole single house on the second floor can be used privately by my family. The panoramic ocean scenery of the sunset and the sea on the roof is the most beautiful spectacular scenery I have ever seen in my life. The host was a young woman who was good at communication, and she kindly explained the accommodation carefully and guided the nearby Huinnyeoul Village restaurant well. I think it's the best hostel with the intention to visit again next time !!

서녕inThis feels like a luxury hotel, but the substance is lacking… 1. **No in-room phone.** If I wanted to call the front desk, I had to use my own phone to find the number in the booklet and dial it. 2. **Low floors are… well.** The 'ocean view' was useless. Some building's water tank and a Holly's coffee shop blocked most of it. I had to crawl on the floor, taking 5,000 photos, to get just one decent shot. So, if you're on a low floor, you'll have to crawl to see the ocean! Okay, maybe this is my fault for not paying more for a higher floor. BUT, the room photos in the introduction made it seem like there was an unobstructed ocean view, which feels like a scam. There weren't many hotel reviews, so I couldn't have known. I feel cheated. 3. **The biggest problem is privacy.** The toilet faces a window, and the jacuzzi and shower are also in front of full-length windows. Since it's a low floor, you can make eye contact with people in the cafe across the street. My bathroom breaks, showers, and jacuzzi use could all be public! I don't know if the windows are meant to be covered, but it felt very awkward. I had to keep the blinds fully down to use the bathroom and jacuzzi, which defeats the purpose of an 'ocean view' and felt very stifling. They told me not to close the jacuzzi window because of humidity, but the shower is right there, and I almost froze showering! Seriously, you'd think they'd put more thought into the design, even beyond the ocean view… 4. **The room is so big, but there are no mirrors anywhere** you’d expect one! Only the bathroom mirror, which made doing makeup and getting dressed in the morning incredibly inconvenient. 5. **I used a barrier-free room, but as an able-bodied person, I didn't feel any consideration for disabled guests.** Even I, a seasoned traveler in my 20s, had trouble distinguishing between the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I almost ran out of hot water in the shower trying to figure it out. The labels are tiny and on the back somewhere, so you have to really search. Couldn't they use dedicated bottles or at least proper labeling? 6. **There's no room service or similar services, but other services are expensive.** Maybe I just couldn't find it, but usually, hotel F&B services are in the in-room booklet, aren't they? There was nothing. Okay, maybe because it's a lower-star hotel, it wouldn't have it. BUT, late check-out extension costs 33,000 won (which isn't cheaper than other luxury hotels). So, the standard doesn't reach luxury hotel levels, but the service fees feel comparable to one. Breakfast also felt similar, so I didn't use it. Considering all of this, if you're just looking for a cost-effective place, it's okay.

TTaomiLast year, I stayed at Cove, and this time I decided to try the loft room out of curiosity. Villa is halfway up the mountain, and it's not as popular as Cove by the sea. The room itself is quite beautiful, with high ceilings and spaciousness, and the facilities are relatively new. The bed firmness was just right, but the pillows were too soft, so I ended up using a clean bath towel under the pillow to get some support. The biggest drawback of the loft is that going to the bathroom in the middle of the night is quite inconvenient; you have to go downstairs, and the up and down movement wakes you up halfway. However, there's a player upstairs with really nice Korean songs, which are great for relaxing before bed and work wonders for hypnosis. Another point is that due to the lack of popularity, the restaurant operating hours are short. By almost 8 PM, nearly all of them were closed, with only one barbecue restaurant still open, staffed by a single waiter. The food was decent, but you could only order set meals, and a two-person set was 500+. Overall, it's pretty good and worth experiencing for one night, but Cove still offers better value for money.

GGuest UserAbsolutely love this hotel! I'd book it again and again without hesitation. Next time, I'll definitely stay longer. Let's start with the pros: 1. **Excellent location:** It has its own private beach right outside. 2. **Comprehensive facilities:** Everything you need is here – pool, hot springs, sauna, restaurant, cafe, and even a bookstore. No need to leave the property at all. 3. **Spacious and quiet rooms:** The bedding is super comfortable, and I slept really well. 4. **Great breakfast:** Served at the blue-label restaurant, it's very diverse and delicious. Now for the cons: 1. **Lack of luggage assistance:** Staff didn't help with bags; I had to carry everything myself. 2. **Outdated toilet:** The toilet in the bathroom was old and not smart (most places in Korea have smart toilets now). Overall, it's a solid 9/10! I really want to come back and stay for a longer period next time to truly relax.

Yyuka0324The facilities were new, and the room felt clean. However, while the room looked good, the choice and arrangement of the furniture were unfortunately very inconvenient. The space between the bed and the closet was too narrow, so the door couldn't open fully. The table was too low, and there was no place to unpack or pack luggage except on the bed. Although there was a TV, it wasn't set up to watch local channels. I chose this hotel because it stated that I could store my luggage before check-in. However, when I inquired the day before my stay, I was told that luggage could only be stored after 10:30 AM on the check-in day with prior notice. This didn't fit my schedule, so I couldn't use the service after all. If there were such conditions, I wish they had been clearly stated beforehand. I would have chosen a different hotel otherwise. Since there's no staffed front desk, it also took a long time to get answers to inquiries like this, which was inconvenient. Upon turning back the duvet, I found hair, and when I opened the toilet lid, there was a clump of hair – perhaps garbage from the shower room collected during cleaning that was forgotten to be flushed away at the end? – which was quite shocking. Although it might just be a coincidence for this stay, several disappointing points piled up. Considering the price, perhaps it's what one should expect. It might be fine for seasoned travelers or those who don't prioritize comfort during their stay and just need a place to sleep.

GGuest UserThe room was super new, the bathroom was huge, and the bed was comfortable. The best part is how honest the cleaning lady was – I left over 400,000 Korean Won in the room and forgot to take it, but the front desk found it when I went back. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The only downside is that there's no charging port on the desk.

GGuest UserA staff in the reception was kind and helpful though but the cleaning staffs were not following the standard of guest service. We left few things in the refrigerator and checked out, then we realized that we’ve missed the things in the room. We called and asked for the receptionist if it is found however it never returned back as we were informed that the cleaning staffs could not find it (whilst thanking to the receptionist for reminder call since we’ve requested for searching out). Except this, overall it is good enough considering to the price. Just few meter behind of the beach and few meters closed to the train station (blueline tour train).
