A truly perfect stay. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. When I asked to choose my room, a staff member showed me two options, and I picked the one I liked more. The hotel is right next to Nai Harn Beach, where I had a wonderful and unforgettable time. These beautiful memories wouldn't have been possible without the thoughtful dedication of all the hotel staff. I'm so grateful to have found this hotel and all of you.

The staff here are all very friendly and extremely enthusiastic. We especially appreciate Rach's proactive and friendly service. Although the lobby is a bit far from the rooms and we had to call the front desk every time we went out or came back, the shuttle service arrived very quickly and never delayed us. Even when we returned late, there were always staff members on standby to drive us back to our room immediately. The hotel provides shuttle services to and from the Old Town and Central Festival. It would be even better if we could take the shuttle to the Old Town and then be picked up from Central Festival on the return trip. The room was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning was excellent, though the water pressure was a bit weak. The hotel environment is quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. I would definitely want to stay at this hotel again!

This hotel was an exceptional choice, and I am extremely pleased with my decision to stay here. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The location was also excellent, with convenient access to shops, massage parlours, restaurants, and other local amenities. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with my room being thoroughly maintained and cleaned every day. I was particularly touched by the thoughtful birthday gesture during my stay. As I was celebrating my 30th birthday, the staff kindly surprised me by singing “Happy Birthday” and presenting me with a cake. It was such a lovely and memorable experience. I genuinely miss this place and left feeling extremely happy and satisfied with my choice of hotel. The wonderful hospitality and attention to detail made my stay even more special. We had a great time in this hotel! The location is perfect, just minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Our room view is awesome ! The Karon ocean view is just in front of us once we open our balcony door ! We requested for birthday decorations and the hotel make it for us with deco, card and cake! Friendly staffs, nice and healthy breakfast. There were weekend shows at the poolside dining area, making party ambience for the staying. Anyway reasonable price with 5 star service, Really highly recommended to stay at this hotel !

My family and I stayed at La Green Hotel for two months, and it was a wonderful experience! The hotel completely met and even exceeded our expectations. From the very first day, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel like family. A huge thank you especially to Maxim, the Russian-speaking manager at the reception – he helped us with absolutely everything: from check-in and daily practicalities to advice on local places and transportation. Thanks to him, we quickly adapted and felt right at home. When our daughter fell ill, the hotel thoughtfully brought chicken broth to our room. And for our daughter's birthday, the hotel beautifully decorated the room and brought a basket of fruits and a cake as a gift. This was especially valuable when being so far away from home. The rooms are clean, cozy, and regularly cleaned. Everything you need is there: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a comfortable bed. The grounds are green and well-maintained – the hotel's name perfectly matches the atmosphere: lots of plants, quiet, peaceful, a true oasis. I want to specifically highlight the breakfasts – always fresh, delicious, and varied. There are Asian dishes, as well as familiar European options: eggs, toast, fruit, and coffee. It's a great start to the day, especially when you're staying for a long time and want a proper breakfast instead of having to search for a café in the morning. The location is excellent: there are several cafes nearby, a 7/11 store where you can buy everything you need, and the beach is not far, with a shuttle taking you there every 30 minutes. At the same time, there's no noise or hustle and bustle – ideal for a long stay. Over two months, I didn't encounter a single serious problem. The value for money is top-notch. I will definitely come back here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place in Phuket. Thank you, La Green, and personally Maxim, for an unforgettable time! 🙏💚

The room was great, and the front desk staff were all very polite. The rooftop pool also offered nice views. It's about a 10-minute walk to the shopping mall, which is acceptable. Overall, it was a good stay.

I really loved this hotel; it's a classic Thai-style property. The breakfast was a bit simple, but the funicular ride up the hill was quite interesting. I'd definitely recommend the direct pool access rooms – they're very comfortable and offer sea views. I thought we'd miss the animal feeding due to our schedule, but one morning after breakfast, we went for a walk and the animals were already out. There weren't many people around, and they even gave us two bottles of milk to feed the piglets, which was adorable. The even bigger surprise was beachcombing after the tide went out. I'd suggest bringing a headlamp for safety. The beach was teeming with sea cucumbers, and we caught large crabs, small fish, pufferfish, and more. We released them all in the end, but it was a truly rewarding experience. The kids had a fantastic time, and I highly recommend it!

The hotel is right on the seashore. We had a room with direct pool access, which was amazing! 🥰 Our friends had a sea-view room, and that was beautiful too. The room itself was lovely, and the bed linen was fresh. The staff were polite and attentive. The sea was a bit murky, and there were a lot of rocks at low tide, BUT! It felt exclusive, with very few people around, almost like having a private beach. The kids loved spending time in the pool, and for the sea, we’d walk to Ao Yon, about a 10-minute stroll, conveniently passing a 7/11 on the way. The hotel is definitely good. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful holiday! 💕

The location is fantastic, making it super easy to get around. It's right in a shopping district and really close to the beach, yet it's surprisingly quiet at night, so we slept wonderfully. The two rooms were perfect for our family. The pool was also great and we had a lovely time.

Spectacular views of the sea from the rooms make this resort a winner for feelings of peace and solitude. My room included a ceiling fan and a separate rain shower next to the bath tub. A massive free breakfast buffet starts the day for most guests, with changing options on a daily basis. Before breakfast I walked down the steep driveway to the private beach to swim either in the sea or the small pool next to it. At 7 am there is nobody around. One morning I took out a kayak (one hour free) which had stunning panoramic views. There are two swimming pools by the resort’s main building and both are delightful for swimming and relaxing. Nothing much to do in the evening and the TV channel selection could be expanded with movie channels (e.g., HBO, Cinemax), educational channels like Discovery Asia, and nature channels like BBC Earth and Love Nature. I partook in a 90 minute herbal pack massage which was a bit pricy but very professional. Both lunch and dinner menus have sufficient variety of dishes and food quality was good. Staff were always helpful. In summary, Supalai Scenic Bay Resort is a wonderfully serene experience at a very reasonable room price.
