Great location, right opposite Munich Central Station. All staffs are very helpful, especially the housekeeper. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is quite good.

The hotel is located right next to Munich train station, which made arriving by train incredibly convenient. It's also a short walk from the old town center, making dining and sightseeing very accessible. The area around the train station can be quite busy and a bit chaotic, but once inside the hotel, it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Our room was spacious and well-designed, with plenty of counter space to easily unpack and organize our luggage. The breakfast buffet was also plentiful and delicious. We had an early check-out before breakfast hours, but they kindly offered a packed breakfast for us to take on the go, which was a really thoughtful gesture. 👍

Location of this hotel is excellent as it is just opposite Munich HBF. The Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with great amenities. They even provided a bottle of mouthwash. Although the official check in time was 3pm, they allowed earlier check in as room was available. Highly recommended.

Location is excellent as it is very near the train station and the subway. Furthermore, walking to the old town centre is only 10 minutes time. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Towels, although they were obviously used by the guests, would not be replaced unless it was disposed on the floor. My friend who occupied another room on the same floor complained that his room was not cleaned daily. When this request was conveyed to the worker and was astonished to be told that the room would only be cleaned once every 3 days. The air conditioner was not cool enough in comparison with the relatively thick blanket.

Enjoyed our 2 days stay here. Location is fantastic - right across Munich central train station. You can walk to the old town and Marienplatz in about 15 to 20 mins, or if you have a day pass, get a subway. We had the family room for 4 and the room is big. Sofa bed comfort level is acceptable. The hotel is clean and nice. Breakfast spread is not fantastic but sufficient to start the day right. Overall, I would recommend this hotel!

For a hotel in Europe, this one was exceptionally good. The beds, in particular, were outstanding – two generously sized 1.2-meter beds that were incredibly comfortable! The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was of excellent quality. Highly recommended!

Exceeded expectations. The room and bathroom were both very spacious and clean, with a lovely view of blue skies and white clouds. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Its proximity to the train station makes it very convenient for getting around.
