The apartments are located in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Mecklenburg Lake District, on the beautiful and quiet outskirts "Marienfelde" of the small idyllic town of Röbel / Müritz.It is approx. 400 m to the Müritz (Germany's largest inland lake). Between the vacation home and the Müritz is a field with an adjacent meadow, which connects directly to the water. The way there leads along the asphalted "Müritz, bike and hiking trail" along a beautiful tree avenue. Around our vacation home you will find many opportunities to relax and enjoy a relaxing vacation on the Müritz. The apartment 'MÖWE 3' is on the upper floor (mansard roof). You can reach this via an external staircase with arbor and separate entrances. The apartment is equipped for up to 5 people. Size approx. 60 m² with two bedrooms (2 + 2 people) and a comfortable extra bed in the living area (possible for 1 additional person). In the kitchen you will find a four ceramic hob, oven and a large fridge (3 freezers). The living room invites through a cozy leather sofa and a nice dining area. For bad days, we have a 43 inch flat screen TV with built-in satellite receiver installed. The outdoor area has a bright veranda with 4 seats and barbecue facilities.To dry your clothes, you will find a clothesline on the backyard.Key collection is not necessary as the entrance door is secured with an electronic locking system. The bungalow "Müritzblau" is about 250 meters from the Müritz.A small swimming area (250 meters) with a private jetty and the large lido (400 meters) can be reached in a few minutes on foot.The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were renovated in spring 2019. For cold days, you can choose between a stove with a basket of firewood or an electric heater. In addition, the living room invites with a cozy leather sofa and a dining area directly by the window. For bad days, a 40 inch flat screen TV with built-in satellite receiver is available. The kitchen has two induction fields, mini oven and a spacious refrigerator (2 freezer compartments). The small town Ludorf is only 3 km from the historical spa town Röbel u. 1000m from the beautiful Müritz with the beach.
