Plus, a McDonald's 🍔, a large supermarket, and a Western fast-food restaurant are all nearby, which is very convenient. The room came equipped with a hairdryer, shower cap, soap, shower gel, conditioner, refrigerator, and tissues. You'll need to bring your own slippers and toothbrush/toothpaste (which is pretty standard for most hotels anyway)."

"Unfortunately, a disappointing stay. The Wi-Fi didn’t work until the following morning, and the biggest issue was the lack of privacy. Checkout was at 11am, yet just after 9am staff scanned their key, opened our door and looked into the room while we were asleep. Then at 9:27am they rang the doorbell and said, “Oh, you’re still in the room… when are you leaving?” After a huge amount of travelling, we were exhausted and trying to sleep. Being entered on and rushed almost two hours before checkout was uncomfortable and unacceptable. Definitely not the experience we expected from The Sebel."

"The hotel's free airport pick-up service was great – just remember to call ahead to book it. They had a driver waiting for us with a sign at the pick-up point, which was much appreciated! On the downside, the room facilities are a bit dated, and the hotel lobby felt a bit dim and oppressive without bright lighting. There's also some renovation going on outside, which made it a bit noisy. The hot water was inconsistent, and the kettle in our room was leaking, which was quite dangerous! However, the service staff were excellent. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket for shopping, as well as both Chinese and Western restaurants. Plus, there's an ATM nearby that accepts UnionPay cards for withdrawing Fijian dollars, which was very handy!"

"The room was incredibly clean, so if you're particular about hygiene, you can definitely stay here with peace of mind. Both owners were extremely warm and welcoming, making it feel just like home. If I had more vacation time, I would genuinely love to stay a few extra days. I'm someone who sometimes has trouble sleeping in new beds, but I felt very secure and at ease sleeping here. When the female owner learned we wanted to take the bus to the pier, she worried we wouldn't know where to catch it, so she specifically accompanied us to the bus stop and waited until we boarded before leaving. The weather wasn't great during our time in Nadi, it was cloudy with a light drizzle, but the owners' optimistic and positive attitude during our chats helped us stop dwelling on the weather and instead get ready to enjoy every moment in Fiji. All in all, my friend and I highly recommend this place. There's nothing to fault, whether it's the facilities, cleanliness, safety, or service. Plus, the owners' care and attention were just right, making it very comfortable even for introverted guests."

"I stayed in a mixed dorm and had a really nice stay. The room was set up like a small villa, with queen-size beds and a bunk bed. I was lucky to share the room with two women, and we all slept really well every night. There was a shower and toilet inside the villa, and also a sink inside the room, which was a little unusual, but it worked fine. The resort has a pool, bar, and restaurant. The food was good — I especially liked the chicken noodle soup. The staff were also very sweet and helpful with anything we needed. Overall, it was a comfortable, safe, and relaxing stay."

"Considering the price point for Fiji, the accommodation was standard, and I appreciated the bug-proof strips under the room doors. The pool with a slide was a fun bonus. The restaurant food was surprisingly good, and even though there were only one or two servers for orders and delivery, one male staff member was particularly excellent. The three kitchen staff were also very friendly. The location is super convenient for the airport, just a ten-minute walk. You don't hear much airplane noise inside the rooms, but if you're outside when a plane takes off, you'll definitely smell what I assume is exhaust or jet fuel. They offer a free 24-hour airport shuttle, and if you prefer a taxi, there's a taxi company stationed at the front desk, making it easy to hail a cab."

"The downstairs neighbor was very noisy. Also, upon check-in, someone else was already in the room I was assigned. The front desk took several hours and multiple attempts to finally check me in. In the early morning, they called me to confirm items belonging to another guest, mistaking them for mine, and then mistakenly called me twice more within an hour... Even though check-out was supposed to be at 12 PM, staff repeatedly knocked on my door and even forcibly opened it with a key card before 11 AM. It's simply incomprehensible."

"The room is new, clean, and pleasant. However, there are a couple of drawbacks. The soundproofing is very poor; even quiet conversations from neighbors are clearly audible. In my case, the neighbors started talking non-stop from 6-7 AM, and I couldn't get back to sleep. The second point is that the location is far from the road, shops, cafes, or anything else. It's really only suitable for a quick overnight stay before moving on."

"The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. The only downside was the unpleasant odor in the bathroom, which we couldn't get rid of even with the exhaust fan and air conditioning running all day. The hotel should really look into solving this persistent bathroom smell issue. We were very satisfied with the hotel's location, surroundings, and the Chinese restaurant downstairs. We even made a special trip back to eat there after moving to a resort in Denarau. I didn't take any photos of the hotel, so the uploaded pictures are from the island club."
