Price is cheap, but no bathtub, and a charge car park under hotel

Facilities: The mattress on the double bed was an old spring type, and any movement from the person next to you would be easily felt. The shower's water pressure was quite weak. From our 11th-floor room, we could hear the traffic light signals from the intersection downstairs. Around 11 PM, piano music was still playing from the speakers in the hallway, which was quite unsettling. There are several bus routes nearby that go to the ferry terminal and Kokusai Dori, but their frequency is low, so checking the schedule is essential, as some only run once an hour. Breakfast: Breakfast was decent, with a reasonable variety of items. The brewed coffee, however, tasted a bit weak. Convenience: There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and a supermarket in the mall across the street, which was quite convenient. Service: When checking in, I mentioned it was my birthday, but the hotel offered no special acknowledgment or courtesy. The female front desk staff member wearing a mask on the afternoon of August 31st had an indifferent attitude. Other staff members I encountered were welcoming and smiling even from a distance, making her demeanor stand out. If she was unwell, she should have been resting at home. Cleanliness: The room wasn't cleaned properly; a very obvious body hair was left untouched, which was quite disgusting.

The location is incredibly convenient. It's about a 25-minute monorail ride from the airport. DFS is right next door, there's a large shopping mall directly across the street, and you have direct access to a 7-Eleven downstairs. The monorail station is also just a short walk away. The hotel itself is quite new, the facilities are comprehensive and cater to all needs, and the staff are very friendly and polite.

The hotel is very clean. Having only opened in 2023, it still feels incredibly new and fresh during this stay! The rooms are a good size, featuring a practical wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Right opposite the hotel, there's a large shopping mall, coffee shops, and a huge supermarket, making it extremely convenient for shopping. I was particularly delighted to find many local Japanese fashion brands available there. Guests can conveniently pick up complimentary toiletries, coffee, and Twins tea bags from the self-service station located on the 2nd floor when checking in.

Facilities: The triple room comfortably accommodated our group of two adults and three children, offering fantastic value for money. Cleanliness: Being a new hotel, it was immaculately clean. Ambiance/Surroundings: The property itself is quite new, and having a convenience store downstairs was very handy. Service: Service was decent and met our expectations. Transportation: The hotel is a short walk from DFS and, importantly, directly next to Naha's only monorail station, making access to Kokusai Dori and the airport extremely convenient. Shopping & Dining: Right next door there's a drugstore, and a large shopping mall directly opposite offers a comprehensive range of dining and retail options.

The hotel boasts a superb location. A subway station is conveniently situated nearby, which was a plus even though we didn't use public transport on this trip (as we were traveling with elderly and children). Main Place and DFS are directly opposite, and both the Naha Art Museum and Museum are just a 5-minute walk away. Toys 'R' Us, a sports shopping center, and Muji are also just a short walk straight ahead. It's incredibly convenient for both shopping and dining! Oh, and the hotel's coffee is delicious – I enjoyed several cups every day.

The location is excellent. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and DFS along with Daikoku Drugstore are nearby. San-A Naha Main Place is directly across the street – it's a fantastic mall with a supermarket, Muji, Hands, and many other smaller shops. There are also plenty of delicious dining options. Plus, it's very close to a Yui Rail station. The room is very spacious, the bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and the bathtub is impressively large. Overall, I was extremely satisfied.

For a hotel in Japan, this one is quite spacious. It's very new and clean, and overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay. The only area for improvement was a slight musty smell from the drain, which wasn't offensive but likely due to humidity. Downstairs, you'll find plenty of convenient options for dining, drinks, and shopping. The duty-free store is right next door, and the train station is also very close, just a 6-7 minute walk. Overall, a positive experience!

5 mins walk to train station. 24hours reception with self service amenities available at counter. Morning coffee & tea is also available. Room is clean and spacious. Staff also made towel art for me as it was my birthday.

This hotel was my first choice when travelled to Okinawa. The location was great and close to shopping center, the staff was friendly as usual. The room size are very nice and better than normal hotel in Japan.

I already love staying at Daiwa Roynet hotels, but my stay at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Naha-Omoromachi Premier was truly unforgettable. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I was completely satisfied with the hotel facilities and room amenities.

Room feels new, clean, very spacious for Japan standards. We like the dry-wet separation of the toilet and shower area, and strong water pressure of the shower. Accessibility is great - walkable to/from monorail station with luggage, 7-11 downstairs, a well-stocked shopping mall across the road, and car rental options at DFS. F&B options might be more limited compared to the bustling Kokusai Dori area, but in return, the experience was more peaceful and less touristy. We enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby and amenities (Kose products and drip coffee) too! Thumbs up for the prompt service from reception staff when we called them.

Location is super good. Around 30 mins drive from Naha airport and 1 min walk to a local shopping mall. There is a 7-eleven on ground floor of the hotel. The family room we booked is spacious with a massage chair. Highly recommended!
