It's a great hotel. The manager of the front office did a very warm welcome and preparation. The gym and the swimming pool and the supermarket downstairs are very convenient, thank you!!!!

Close to the airport and there's an excess to the mall, there's a supermarket in the mall. Very convenient.

My second stay here but in another room. The safe was not working again. Had to call in the technician. The shower hose leaking across the length of it. Asked for technician to come but none came. Food that is delivered for room service is different from the menu given

The bed sheet got hair on it and the room has a door access to the room next to it. Someone tried to open the door which was scary in the middle of the night.

Stay at this hotel due to proximity to airport as have a flight out next morning. Hotel is next to a mall which have variety of food options. Overall cleanliness is good. Bed are comfortable.

Everything was good except for the room cleaning service that did not replenish the exhausted tissues, toiletries such as toothbrushes and head coverings that were not given, and the drinking utensils that I had used were not cleaned😞

Hotel is conveniently located next to Tangcity Mall. Room is cleaned when check in. All basic amenities are provided.
