The hotel is right next to Central Park. Outside the window is the land of New York, where every inch of land is worth a lot of money. Most attractions can be reached on foot. Valet parking is convenient and fast. In addition, there is a subway station downstairs, so transportation is convenient. The hotel looks very old, but it is very well maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with an old-money aesthetic. Water and various special snacks are delivered every day, which is very considerate and interesting. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, and there is never any garbage or dirty towels piled up in the house. The suites have a living room, kitchen, and double bathrooms, and the space is much larger than hotels of the same level. The staff is enthusiastic but not excessive. The doormen, front desk staff, and guest rooms are very friendly and are always ready to provide convenience for customers. I will come again after staying for a week.
The room floor is not that clean at all. Services is slow. I requested extra blanket 4 times (6hrs) until it was ultimately delivered. There is daily service charge not included in trip booking, which Extra hidden fee.
Few staff on luggage storage. No staff at the door to help on luggage at all.
Won’t recommend this hotel to any one.

The room is not big, and the bathroom facilities are a bit old, but it is comfortable and clean overall. The front desk and room attendants are very friendly and enthusiastic. The location is convenient, less than 10 minutes walk to Central Park, and close to the subway station. There are two food supermarkets across the street, Starbucks and Sephora on the right, and many restaurants with different flavors within a short distance. The most treasured thing is that in addition to the capsule coffee machine, the hotel room also has a microwave, an electric stove and simple pots and tableware. We bought eggs, sliced ham, hamburger billets and rice from the supermarket opposite, cooked porridge and fried eggs by ourselves, and DIYed a rich breakfast that combines Chinese and Western styles. It was great. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of the room, so I can only upload pictures of the lobby and exterior.
Very clean, spacious, most staff were friendly and helpful but service at front desk and management team was poor - due to changing travel plans, we made 3 bookings with 2 room types
Upon arrival, requested to stay in the same room type (asked for cheapest one, and to forfeit the expensive one to avoid changing rooms first 2 nights) and were told it was full the first night and can change from 2nd-4th night. Next day, told us there was a mix up with no apology and can only change the 3rd-4th night. Went along with it as that was the original booking.
After the 3rd night in the small room, was asked to check out AGAIN for the 4th night purely because the hotel accidentally gave us the wrong room on the 3rd night and tried to make us change rooms again and we had a severely disabled person in the room. Got yelled at by the manager threatening to make us move if we don't move, ended up staying in the room given to us after much heated argument but received no apology
Had also emailed them a week in advance to make arrangements for the disabled person, and there was no reply at all. Left a request at the reception to make the same arrangements, but when got into our room, none were made until repeated requests
Overall, the team is never listening and always goes back on their word. Unreasonable management team. Highly do not recommend.
After all, it's a new high-rise building, the location is OK, but the air conditioning temperature can't be adjusted high. I asked a worker to fix it. One room was fixed, but the other one was not fixed. It was still quite cold at night.
Traveling to New York, it's great to stay alone or as a couple. The house is small, but the location is good. You can walk through Central Park to the art museum. For breakfast, you can exchange coupons for your favorite bread. There is a bar at night, you can order chicken wings and drink a beer.

The room is not big and a bit old. The air conditioner is the kind that is manually adjusted with a button, but the noise is not loud. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the subway station, there are many restaurants downstairs, and it is very close to Central Park, which is suitable for walking and touring the upper west.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near Central Park, providing easy and quick access to the city center. The staff at the front desk were also incredibly friendly, which put me at ease. Moreover, the bathroom was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked with shampoo and body soap, ensuring a comfortable shower experience. The bedroom also has a sliding door that provides privacy, a thoughtful feature for guests who appreciate their personal space. If you're planning a trip to New York, I highly recommend making this hotel your top consideration.
MMisti WallerWe get there at 10:00am - We knew we couldnt check in but asked anyway. Lady on Thurs 9/28 told me we couldnt yet and gave us bag tags to hold our bags for us. Very nice and pleasant. We then return to the hotel at 9pm to finally check in. We had a great day seeing the city. We are then told that the room I booked was over sold and they can not provide me with a King that I purchased but a double. This was the manager - She discounted the bill and $54 and told me they would make sure we were accommodated tomorrow. The room we were put it was the size of a walk in closet with a bed with a window unit that water dropped on all night making a loud noise with every drop. It also had a broken shelf above the sink so you literally had no where to put anything. It was horrible and honestly a $54 discount was not nearly enough.
Friday at 9am we come down turn in the room keys and explain to yet a third person....she understands and says I see notes here and we have a king room for you. I asked if we could go ahead and get the room number but she said no not yet we have to wait for the people to check out. We check our bags with tags and leave them at the desk again. We then spend another wonderful day exploring the city. We return around 9pm again and another person is working and has absolutely no idea of anything that was supposed to be done for us. I asked for any other room then the one we were in first and they had a queen room available. I took it after being so tired. The lady gave me the managers email and said he would speak to her for us. I will be reaching out but now that we checked out sat morning I dont believe we will be compensated for this terrible lack of communication. We never even got to unpack our bags.
AAnonymous Userlike the view nice location easy to access nearby malls no breakfast though which is very sad cause the food is expensive and I get hungry very easily LOL but amazing service but sometimes pretty slow cause my room had a damaged window and toilet but overall it was really good luxurious and many fruit stalls .
LLais SWe arrived at the hotel tired after hours of travel and unfortunately they didn’t find our reservation that was made months in advance. It took more than 3 hours to solve the problem and we ended up sleeping the first night in a smaller room than the one we rented. Summary: we slept one night on the couch even though we paid for a bed.
Despite that, the location is great.
LLauren ElizabethLocation great for the heart of New York and right next to Central Park! Very run down though and bathrooms poor. Only 3 toilets on the floor I stayed on with no locks on the doors which kept swinging inwards so you had to hold the door while in there. One of the showers hoses was broken so water sprayed everywhere in the tiny hole you stood in. Thought the gym use was included in the price paid but once arrived you had to pay again. Gym facilities were good though except no bathrooms on gym level so running up and down between floor if you need to pee 😅
Overall it’s a quiet street and was able to sleep well, you pay for what you get
