Great location ! Just outside of all the noises attractions , a few min walk from the upside down house ! And 10 mins walk from the American falls ! Lovely breakfast, could have more options but otherwise lovely !

It is a two star hotel but has the comfort of a 4 star hotel. Not much to say, we had a two-night stay and it was a really great and hassle-free two days. The heated pool area and heated pool water were great. Thanks to the staff and the owner. The location is great, everything is perfect. Sheets, duvets, towels are incredibly clean.You can get coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day. It's a great example of a team that loves its job from top to bottom.

Was good, and clean. With free snack and drink at lobby but unfortunately I got accessible room which was on first floor.

Location is close to center of Niagara Falls by just 10mins walking distance. The front counter staff was very nice and friendly. At the lobby there are complimentary coffee and tea and a free cookies when you check in. Room is clean n tidy with air condition. Parking is CAD20/day, so that you can park you car here and walk down to restaurants and the Falls. Overall, I will definitely come back for this hotel.

The rules are super strange - cant open window even your room is second floor , no any danger . The smell in hotel is super toxic due to cleaning materials they use . When you enter hotel smell can knock you off . In the rooms is better but you can still feel and nothing you can do as you can't open window . They gave us second floor with bad view while they have like 7 or 8 or more floors with much nicer view . Hotel was not that busy - try to give the best possible for customer not whatever .

Clean and comfortable room. Everything is what I expected. Location is a bit far from the falls(20 min walk) but it was not fun walking back uphill. Breakfast had limited food variety and was ok. Overall was happy with my stay for the price.

We booked a room that can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child, which is suitable for family travel. The hotel is located in the north of the town, in a relatively quiet corner. However, it is not a problem to walk to the waterfall. Overall, it is suitable for travelers who are looking for cost-effectiveness.

Top location. Close but without noise. The staff is very nice. The hotel's paid and private parking is a plus.
