"The view from the room is stunning !! Amazing view 👍🏻 but the hotel is old.  Even our room door number plate is broken ; the breakfast is simple and normal no surprise. Just like most of the North America hotel there’s just towel provide you need to prepare other amenities by yourself. No water bottle or kettle provide in the room."

"Our reservation was originally with Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls but due to room maintenance, they kindly arranged alternate accommodation for us and it exceeded all expectations! We were given a room at the Hilton hotel with a double king-size bed, stunning views of both the U.S. and Canadian sides of Niagara Falls, and even a relaxing jacuzzi that was perfect to unwind in at the end of the day. The Hilton’s location was excellent, the room was super spacious and spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. A big thank you to Oakes for swiftly securing another option for us and to Hilton for delivering top-notch service throughout our stay!"

"Loved my stay Heater & MayQueen are and were amazing customer service, communication and more two amazing women who helped add to the stay I had planned for my mothers birthday. We loved our stay the view of the Falls were amazingly beautiful. At check in I was given discounts to help enhance our trip or give us extra things to do. The view from the restaurant on site was ok and having a wider range of options to choose from would have been nice but food was good. Overall great stay!"

"The hotel boasts an excellent location: just a 5-minute walk from the WEGO bus stop for the scenic area, it offers fantastic views of the Three Waterfalls and evening fireworks. Plus, it's right next to a bustling commercial street with plenty of entertainment and dining options. The 11th-floor restaurant provides a lovely ambiance for breakfast, especially from its window seats, and the meal selection is quite extensive."

"I have been waiting for the deposit refund for one month after asking them to refund the room deposit through email, but I still don’t get the money back on my credit card so far, losing my confidence in the overall quality of the hotel."

"The hotel feels old but the views of Niagara Falls are really great! Was given a horseshoe view room at first which I didn’t quite like it and the staff didn’t validate the card properly and we couldn’t enter the room. The room lock is also abit faulty. Was given the option to upgrade the room for $150CAD a night for the Canadian and US falls view which was wonderful. Really enjoyed the room. The shower was hard to use. The breakfast was quite bad also."

"I love staying at this hotel. Spacious and clean. I booked this hotel at the last minute, and the hotel sent me the confirmation email right after the booking was confirmed. Everything is new and comfortable to use. Modern design of kitchenware and great support and king mattress. Quiet air conditioning, laundry room at the basement. Both the mirror areas were so dim, not good for make-up, so does the whole area. Knifes were rusty, pans and pots were scratched and dirty, and stains in e-kettle. No counter space for makeup bag. Very big parking lot outside the hotel. Weak water pressure. No racks for shower stuff and clothes and towels. Nevertheless, this is the best hotel in Niagara compared to those famous brand hotel but in the old, small and bad condition."

"First time I booked The Brock Tapestry Hotel at Niagara Falls. The receptionist names Montse Aguirre was very helpful, she is very kind helped us to find the nice room with Fallsview window…room is big enough for 3 adults, bed are very comfortable, clean and overall very good. If you want to book at the Brock in Niagara, don’t forget to call and find her and you will not disappointed. Definitely we will come back to this hotel again."

"The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Great service from everyone we dealt with right from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the lady who brought us breakfast every morning. The day started with an excellent breakfast serviced right in our room which was a nice touch. My only complaint was having to pay for parking. I was aware of these ahead of time but given the cost of the room, it really should have included the parking."

"Highly recommend staying at this Hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The heart shaped tub was amazing. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out of it in the morning. The location is prime - we were able to walk to all of the sites we wanted to see in the area. The staff was extremely helpful. We will definitely be staying here again."
