"We had an amazing stay at Montigo Resort Nongsa! The villa was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for a relaxing escape from the city, with stunning sea views and peaceful surroundings. We especially loved the private pool and the resort’s amenities — everything was top-notch. Highly recommended for a getaway with friends or family. Would definitely come back again!"

"We went on a Saturday and it was fully booked. We didn’t get a King size bed that we reserved. Breakfast the next day was also a bit chaotic, as the hotel struggled to seat guests at the same time. We had to wait outside for a while before we got a table. The staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities were standard. Rooms were clean and nice. The construction work in front of the hotel somewhat obstructed our view of the sea, which was 10 minutes away from the hotel. We could see the sea from our sea view room, but the view wasn’t that nice. Sidenote: Did not enjoy the Kelong seafood restaurant. The food was terrible."

"Review for Wyndham Panbil Premier Hotel Batam I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this hotel several times, and it’s always been a fantastic experience! While the hotel recently rebranded from Best Western Premier to Wyndham, I’m happy to report that the level of service has remained excellent. From check-in, the front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, making the process quick and smooth. The cafe team, especially during breakfast, were attentive and ensured everything was in place, which really made my mornings. Housekeeping was also top-notch, maintaining the room spotless and well-stocked. It’s rare to see such consistency in service, especially after a rebranding. The hotel still feels like home, and I’m always impressed with the overall experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Batam!"

"I booked this hotel because it was near the Sea adventure but v upset & disappointed that it was closed since Covid, not even updated in the website. Basically, nothing much to go near this hotel, except the beach there. The hotel staff was kind enough to shuttle us to Montigo resort when they learn of our situation. However, the facilities there are meant for those Montigo hotel guests & other visitors need to pay extra fees."

"Poor circulation. The public toilet on the 3rd floor next to the elevator is not flushed properly so the smell spreads everywhere. The staff is not concerned to check because the situation has been like that for hours. There are stains on the cups in the room so it looks dirty. When I first turned on the AC, the smell was really bad, so I opened the window for 10 minutes before the smell went away. Overall it's okay. The bedroom-bed-bathroom are clean."

"Stay here because you have to catch a very early flight. The area is a few minutes away from Hang Nadim Airport. There is a free airport shuttle service as well. For the room, it's okay for two people, it's enough. For the points that have not been improved again yes"

"Very clean and tidy. Enjoyed lifestyle away from city hustle and bustle. Surprised, no mosquitos surrounded by trees. Swimming pool was very clean. It will be convenient to have vending machine softdrinks at reception lobby. No bathway to reach the jetty."
