The hotel boasts a fantastic location, very close to Ontario Airport, a shopping mall, and supermarkets, which makes it super convenient for shopping and dining in the evenings. The staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms are spotless and comfortable, with modern and well-equipped facilities. The staff are attentive, friendly, and quick to respond. It's conveniently located and offers fantastic value for money. I had a very comfortable stay!

We had reserved two double rooms, but to our dismay, the hotel gave them away to other guests, leaving us with only two single rooms. This was completely unreliable and unprofessional. On top of that, the facilities were very outdated.

The room was spacious, the ambiance was excellent, and the service was top-notch. We had a fantastic overall experience. Shopping was incredibly convenient, as it's located right across the street from the hotel entrance! The location was superb, and we'll definitely be returning.

The place was decent in terms of its environment, cleanliness, and convenience. However, there was a significant lack of security – someone suddenly opened the door in the middle of the night and scared me to death! 🤯

The room was spacious and had a microwave and small refrigerator. The Antiro Mills shopping centre is 200 metres behind the hotel. There is a larger supermarket opposite, where you can also buy frozen dumplings. On the left side of the hotel there is a self-service hotpot restaurant run by an Indonesian Chinese, which offers a wide range of beef, mutton, seafood and vegetables. There are also Sam's and Target supermarkets within a 15-minute walk of the hotel. The hotel's location is really convenient for shopping and dining. The breakfast was average, with not much choice.

The hotel offers free late check-out, up to 3pm at the latest. Good news for those who love to sleep in! The location is also good, there is Ten Gate right next to it, just across the street.

The location is very good, next to the commercial center and very close to the outlets. But the room may be quite old, and there is always a strange smell. Moreover, a black man with suspicious movements was spotted in the hotel parking lot at night, so it’s better to stay out less at night.
