at first i was a bit confused, but turned out the checking in and out was so simple and all self done. the staff was very informative and helpful. the location was across the train station.

The service is great but I would suggest if the crew not allowed to use cellphones during their shifts. But over all the place and location was great.

There is a password box on the right side of the hotel door. You need to enter the password to enter. There is no front desk service in the hotel lobby. Scan the QR CODE to check-in and log in. It's clean and well managed, but there are too many inconveniences because there is no one at the counter. I couldn't even make a call at night, so I couldn't sleep because the air conditioner didn't work for 2 days. I called after 9 AM to request a repair. In this case, a refund is also necessary.

It's an unmanned hotel. Since it says that you can have a private room, there are rooms that smell like cigarettes.
