"Great place to stay. The hotel was very close to my meeting location and very convenient. The front desk staff were awesome and very accommodating. This my second stay here and it will definitely be my next"
"From the wetland park, I went to Orlando by car. In order to see the beauty of Palm Beach the next day, I didn’t look at the hotel when I arrived late. There was a good bar at the front desk for a drink."
"This hotel is not big, there is only a small lake at the door, and the room facilities are very old. It is very convenient to have a shopping mall similar to an outlet nearby. There are restaurants and supermarkets in the shopping mall. But the overall feeling is not that safe. At 12 o'clock in the evening, the smelly man in the next room beats his wife, and the wife screams all kinds of screams, and no one cares when he hears all kinds of banging sounds. It feels like the woman is about to be beaten to death. Our language is not good. He dared not open the door and waited with the sofa against the door. Fortunately, someone knocked on the door for about half an hour and took the woman away. From time to time, he heard the verbal abuse from the man. This was the most terrible experience of this trip. I didn't see the hotel with security, and the hotel parking lot was open. The room can be used for cooking, there is a washing machine in the room, and the sofa does not seem to be opened as a bed."
"The stay was great. You can't hear the planes, it was very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Don't expect much for breakfast, they didn't have fruit, orange juice, pancakes or eggs. I had a bagel and my boyfriend had a waffle, but those were good. I would go back there! "
"In all fairness, the hotel is still good, but there is a flaw. It can be called fraudulent propaganda if it is more serious: it is clear when booking that there is a free airport shuttle bus. But when I got to the Palm Beach airport, I called and told you directly that I didn't."
"Place looks a bit rundown from the outside. It is on a busy and noisy corner. It is right next door to a Target store, which is convenient and it is a nice Target. Rooms are dingy, but clean. The pool is the bomb! Very nice ”Old school” round pool in the center of the building; clean and sparkly. The Tiki Bar is lame, but a nice idea. Breakfast was lame, typical self-serve buffet. They did keep the area clean, so no complaints, just don't be looking for gourmet, it's just food. The one thing that was a rip-off was the shuttle to Sunfest: $45. An Uber was $15."

Great
GGuest UserI went for a brief trip to celebrate one of my favorite philanthropies so I did not have a chance to sample all of the Hotel's features (for example, I did not get to go to the off-site gym). However, I can report that this grand resort epitomizes old Florida IMO and I liked its warmth and intimacy better than the grandeur of its primary competitor, The Breakers. The service is wonderful. All of the staff are friendly and call you by name. The turndown service is wonderful and they give you an interesting card about the history and an exceptionally tasty sweet macaron form Laduree. My room was quite small and fully priced, but you could not have a better location - just one block from the Beach and Worth Avenue. The ”free” in-house car service featuring a vintage Land Rover Defender and a Volvo station wagon is quite exceptional.
GGuest UserThe bar areas were very small. The bartender at the outdoor tiki bar was extremely loud and vulgar, possibly drunk himself.
Talked to concierge twice, and the two men working there were so confused and unable to assist in a confident and knowledgeable manner to the very simple questions asked.
Very little staff assisting in serving guests.
The restaurant in the hotel was good but not great, but the prices were outrageous compared to the quality of the food. And the wait staff was very lacking and not enjoyable.
And for the amount of money you pay for a room, not having breakfast included is absurd.
Ordered room service dining and someone brought it up the two meals with their hands rather than on a dining cart and had to fish out utensils and condiments from their pockets. I find this to be unprofessional for this level of quality and service.
While overall it was a nice resort, I’m not sure the price tag matches the quality this resort claims to advertise.
MMohammad AlshattiFirstly, I have booked two bedrooms oceanfront with two King beds. Unfortunately, the hotel manager said that this type of room is not available right now. Then I mentioned that it is available at Marriott website for today. She answered that it not actually available. I had to accept a two bedroom with one oceanfront view.
Secondly, the hotel water at the bathrooms and the kitchen was not clear. It was light yellow like rusty.
JJG55I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waterstone Boca Raton Hotel and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and provided timely assistance throughout my stay.
One aspect that truly stood out was the hotel’s delightful ambiance, thanks to its captivating art collection. The artistic touches created a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, making my stay even more enjoyable. It was refreshing to be surrounded by such creative beauty.
Moreover, the hotel’s location was a major highlight. Being just a few minutes away from the beach made it incredibly convenient for me to soak up the sun and enjoy the sandy shores. The proximity to the beach added an extra layer of allure to my stay at Waterstone.
The rooms were well-appointed, offering comfort and a sense of tranquility. The attention to detail in the room decor was evident, and the amenities provided catered to all my needs. The cleanliness and tidiness of the accommodations were top-notch, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. From their warm greetings to their willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests, their exceptional service truly exceeded my expectations.
I would highly recommend the Waterstone Boca Raton Hotel to anyone seeking a delightful getaway. Whether you’re looking for a place to unwind by the beach or simply enjoy an artistic atmosphere, this hotel delivers on all fronts. My stay here was nothing short of wonderful, and I look forward to returning in the future.
GGuest UserBloodstain on cover. Disgusting. Bathroom could have been cleaner, toilet seat was disguising, not clean enough, water marks and dirt on counter and around shower. I had to go buy cleaning supplies to use bathroom. I arrived late to hotel, so I had to find a store that had supplies to clean. Pool was nice, location was everything and hotel not that bad just need better cleaning details . I would book again just want to make the blood stain be known.
MMD SAHIDUL ISLAMMy stay at Ramada by Wyndham West Palm Beach Airport exceeded all expectations and left me thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and service provided. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The check-in process was swift and efficient, allowing me to settle into my room without any hassle. Speaking of the room, it was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of travel. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including a coffee maker, mini-fridge, and complimentary Wi-Fi access. The hotel facilities, such as the outdoor pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided a relaxing retreat for leisure activities. Additionally, the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals with a diverse menu to suit every palate. The convenient location near the airport and local attractions made it easy to explore the area without any hassle. Overall, my experience at Ramada by Wyndham West Palm Beach Airport was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and excellent service.
Jjohn as I said earlier in my other review they are continental breakfast dining room is closed down and has been closed down for the past 30 days the pool is closed down for the last 30 days as per the health department the only food on-site is what you can buy downstairs in the office area or what you order out to eat other than that it's a nice hotel but people here are very friendly and passionate about the people saying and I work right down the street and I've been getting some fantastic deals on this website
