Beautiful resort with onsite dining and pool. Room and outdoor areas were clean.

Really nice hotel. Rooms are modern and spacious. The rest of the hotel is nice but not really well mantained. If you just want to relax, maybe you should try another one!

This is our 1st That we got at jw Marriott very very bad service The room was very very dirty. Did you not come and clean and it was full of flies and bugs We tried to talk to the hotel, but they said we should talk to you because I got books from you guys We had to wait for the towels for four hours and did not deliver It was full of people like every year, did not treat us very good

The service is good, the flamingo and the small golf course at the door are added points, and the holiday atmosphere is full. I originally planned to stay for one night, but I stayed for another night. Two nights is more suitable, you can go shopping (go to the outlet) and have a good rest. The hotel hygiene is OK. Because breakfast is not included, we ate brunch outside. We had a dinner in the hotel. The service is very good, the taste is average, and it is very expensive. I suggest you go to downtown if you want to eat delicious food.

It takes 40 minutes to drive to Desert Mountain Outlets and about 30 minutes to the rotating cable car, which is relatively far. There is an open parking lot and no parking fee for self-parking, which saves a lot of money compared to hotel parking in Los Angeles. It is self-driving friendly. The lobby and surrounding area are very grand, and check-in is also very fast. Because the hotel is very large and there are many rooms on one floor, a map is given to indicate the location of the check-in room. The boating was not open on the day of check-in, saying it was due to weather reasons, but the weather seemed to be fine that day, which was a pity. The first floor has direct access to the swimming pool. The children swam in the water for two consecutive days, which is suitable for walking the baby

As expected of JW Marriott, the facilities, hygiene, environment and service are all top-notch. It is worth staying here for more than NT$2,000 in the off-season.

The hotel environment is very good, the decoration is a bit old, and the South Asian staff at the front desk have a bad attitude. The quality of the restaurant service staff is top notch. There is ample parking space and parking is free.

A very very bad experience. The air conditioner in the room was old and the wind was strong. It was like living in a train. The faucet was leaking, the balcony door could not be opened, there were bugs and ants in the bathroom, and the hotel charged randomly. We bought a room with breakfast included. We had to wait for 20 minutes for the buffet breakfast on the first day and 40 minutes on the second day. The elderly at home had low blood sugar and other arrangements could not wait. They said that six people could sit at two tables separately, but we ended up having breakfast outside in the wind. Coffee and juice were not given in time. There were very few types of buffet. The service was basically no service. We were not allowed to pour juice by ourselves. After eating, the elderly went back to the room first, leaving us to tip. Yes, that's right. They had the nerve to ask for tips for such bad service. Then, what was even more infuriating and incomprehensible was that they charged us an extra 33 US dollars, saying that it was because the two tables were originally settled separately and I settled the fees at the same time? I asked several times, what the hell is the reason for this charge. Because I was in a hurry to go out, I left. After contacting customer service for several days, the hotel insisted on charging this money. It's too much. If anyone wants to spend 3700, live in a 35-square-meter 4-person room, which is dirty and old, far away, and wait for 40 minutes for breakfast, and is charged randomly, please choose this hotel

We had a great trip at the JW Marriott Desert Springs. The grounds and rooms are great, lots of things to do for the kids and the whole family, the boat rides are fun and the pool has lots of entertainment, especially on the weekends. General Manager Nusrat went out of his way to show great kindness to our family. We had a great time and hope to visit again soon.
