"20minute (ish) walk to old town. Some local restaurants around that aren’t too expensive but some other expensive options as well. Rooms & hotel were lovely & the breakfast is soooo amazing! Only thing, if you’re in the lower rooms the wifi doesn’t really work so maybe request a room on the ground & 1st level when booking."
"A very clean homestay, it is really hard to imagine that it was opened in 2019. The old grandfather and his wife must have been very attentive in maintaining and operating it. Advantages 1 Clean, the floor, switches, and even the drains are all clean and tidy. 2 The floor heating is very comfortable and very comfortable to step on in winter. 3 The atmosphere of the homestay is quite good. The landlord grandfather is really enthusiastic. He helps to guide the route and introduces their traditional wine for us to taste, although we can't taste it. 4 The landlord's English is very suitable for Chinese people. We are not good at English, but we can magically understand what he says. He doesn't need long sentences or long words, and his expression is very clear. 5 The room we were given is facing Pamukkale. 6 Breakfast is a meal, one for each person. It is unlikely that there will be many choices for breakfast in the homestay, but the sauce made by the landlord's grandmother is really delicious, and the omelet is also good.
Disadvantages, the water volume is unstable. I don't know if it was peak time when we took a shower or for some other reason. The water became cold. It took almost two hours to get hot water. I hope the landlord will pay attention to this problem.
In addition, most hotels in Turkey do not provide toothbrushes, or even toothbrush cups, so guests need to bring their own. As for drinking water, it depends on the situation. This homestay charges for drinking water, but it is not expensive.
Overall, I highly recommend it. Hierapolis is very shocking. I personally think it is not much worse than Ephesus."

"The hotel is a family business.
The boss is a bit serious and not as friendly as the two nephews.
Yesterday, I paid 208 first, and found 4 air conditioner units outside the window when I entered the room.
The boss said that all the twin rooms were full.
There were only king-size rooms facing the pool.
Then I was given 101 family room, and we used the twin room.
When I picked up the car in the morning, I found 8 air conditioners outside the window.
If the glass was not soundproof, I think the boss is a bit mean.
The breakfast looked full on the L-shaped table, but it was mainly vegetables and cheese.
I could only eat biscuits to fill my stomach.
Dinner was not a choice, so I had to settle at the hotel.
A plate of mixed grill + a plate of baked vegetables for 1050 lira.
What did I order in the comments that it was cheap?
The main building has an elevator, the bath water is good, and the dog is very cute.
To be honest"
"The hotel is conveniently located, next to the city springs. The hotel has a hot common spring and in the room an individual bath and a tap with thermal hot water. Who comes for treatment is very convenient. Cool deep pool. In the mornings they serve Turkish breakfast: vegetables, fruits, yogurt, cheeses, omelet, bread, coffee.. from 8 am. In the family room there was a refrigerator and a stove. There were no dishes, but you can ask. The hotel has a cute good-natured little dog. But at night he turns into a formidable guard and barks very menacingly."
"The homestay is a 5-minute drive from the Pamukkale Scenic Area and there is a supermarket around A101, which is very convenient. The boss and his wife are very enthusiastic, the breakfast is good, and the room is clean and white. Before leaving, we also recommended that we go to a nearby cave and Lake Salda. The scenery is beautiful and it will be more beautiful if it is sunny."
"Newly built hotel with a pool. The pool is actually great as it is so hot during the day. Rooms were spacious and clean, as advertised. Linen and towels were also clean and new. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is close to the main tourist sites. Would definitely book again if I stayed in Pamukkale. Suggest starting at South Gate first (300 lira taxi from the hotel) as it is easier to walk down the travertines rather than up. Go as early as possible as it gets very hot during the day and can make it difficult to see everything on foot, especially for an older person, otherwise pay for the buggy and they will drive you around."
"We had a fantastic stay at Venus Suite Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the location was perfect — quiet but close to the main attractions in Pamukkale. Highly recommended!"

Amazing
NnatnatalieThe hotel host is very kind and friendly. He offered us a room with great view which we can see the travertines of Pamukkale. The room is clean and big, with living room, kitchen, bedroom and toilet.
The host assisted us many times during our trip. He helped us to book our hot balloon trip with a price cheaper than online pre-booking. He also drove us to the bank ATM when we need cash and helped us to call local taxi. I highly recommend this hotel.
Rriala dadThe hotel is very clean and provides everything. They give out free coffee and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed our stay there. The location is prefect as well as it's near all the attractions. The couple there Hussain and Amina was very lovely and welcoming. Also the receptionist which is the son, Osman he made sure we settled in smoothly and let us know the attractions around. The rooms are also spacious and they have a pool at the front. Definitely will recommend for families and friends.
GGuest UserLovely, neat and clean hotel. It's better than what I expected for the price.
Munawar is a gem, extraordinary, helpful, and smiling personality.
She even provided me with a phone charger.
Breakfast was wonderful.
Tea, coffee, and water are available throughout free of cost.
Highly recommend.
RRchiI would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Pamukkale. The rooms are very clean. Especially the bathroom. It has an outdoor pool and is very clean. This hotel is very close to the entrance to the Pamukkale park. Just walk for 3 minutes. There are many small shops and restaurants around, so if you need something, you can go out and get it. I would like to thank the staff for being very friendly.
NNeol TooMy stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond, even offering to send us to a nearby restaurant for a delightful evening meal.
The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience.
Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options.
During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure.
In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay in Pamukkale.
SSarah and EricThe Özbay hotel is perfectly fine for a stay in Pamukkale. It was a good value room for the price. Conveniently located near the Travertines and several restaurants. Linens are clean and beds are comfy. Unfortunately, our heater wasn’t working and the room was cold. We asked staff to take a look at the heater, but they only gave us the option to move rooms. We had already unpacked, so we didn’t want to move. But even the next day the staff didn’t try to fix it. The front desk team also didn’t seem to know anything about prices for the travertines, nor have a recommended plan for visiting Hieropolis, nor have any info about returning to the airport besides ordering a private car. All this information is available from other sources in town, but it would have been nice if our hotel could have provided some information.
XXueyebinfenThe hotel is a few kilometers away from Pamukkale and close to the Hercules scenic area, but it is a cooperative hotel for group tours. To be honest, the appearance looks OK and it is also known as a hot spring resort hotel, but the overall facilities are average, just at the domestic three-star level, and the quality of meals and many room supplies is average.
SSebastianThe staff/owners are very reserved and not particularly friendly, which may be due to the culture. However, all services are very obliging and excellent. For example, abandoned rooms were cleaned well before the agreed time so that waiting guests could check in as early as possible. As far as I could see, all rooms on the ground floor had chairs and tables on the terrace or balcony so that I could also sit outside the door. This meant that I could also work comfortably on my laptop in the sun with the good and stable WIFI. I particularly liked the very hot shower, which always smelled somehow fresh (thanks for that), extra shampoo and shower gel, air conditioning and not to forget even a pool. All things that I don't necessarily expect in this price range. Within walking distance of the only attraction in Pamukkale, the hotel is perfect. I would spend my three days there again at any time.
AAnonymous UserThe boss is very good and enthusiastic, and the hotel breakfast is OK. However, the hotel will cut off the water supply at night, so it is impossible to wash, and the air conditioning is not very good.
LLisa-cyezLocation: The best thing about the hotel is that it is only 10 minutes away from the Pamukkale scenic area, and only this hotel and another R are the best hotels in the town of Pamukkale, and the others are only homestays.
Hygiene: The sanitation and cleaning are the worst among all hotels in Turkey. The desk and bathroom are not cleaned.
Wifi: It is relatively weak. Maybe the hotel area is large?
Room size: The room is not small, but there is an extra bed in the king-size bed room, which makes the room cramped.
Room facilities: The facilities are simple
Beds: There are two large and one small.
Parking: Parking is free, and the parking lot is small, but not many people drive to stay in the hotel. If you can't park, you can park on the road outside. It is mainly tourist buses.
Service: The service attitude is very good. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and black tea is always available in the lobby.
Hotel facilities:
The hot spring is free, with 33 degrees outdoors and 40 degrees indoors.
Turkish bath is charged.
The outdoor swimming pool is also beautiful.
