"The rooms were not ready when we arrived. And we already arrived late. There are a lot of people checking in. We waited for a while and because of that the receptionist offered to give us a late check out of until 2pm. When it still took sometime to prepare the rooms, she offered to extend our check out until 3pm and upgraded the 2 rooms to executive suite and junior suite without any fee, while the 2 rooms are twin bed, hence all is well. I think the housekeeping staff are either slow or undermanned. Nevertheless, the front desk staff kept on apologizing and were very nice. It’s not their fault so I understand. We just walked to Okada, then in the morning heard mass at St. John Paul II church in Aseana City. The breakfast is fine. Our stay all in all was good. Thanks."

"Had a fantastic time at Solaire! The room was luxurious and spotless, staff were friendly and attentive, and the amenities—from the pool to the restaurants—were excellent. Great location for both relaxation and entertainment. Highly recommended!"

"Very clean and easy to checkin and checkout..but no outside food allowed esp grab order food.all food inside the room are complimentary and consumable..i got it promo with 2 adults and 2 child with free breakfast.we really enjoyed our stay even the weather is really bad bec of the typhoon..but all in all is perfect and will stay again someday"

"Booked this hotel due to its proximity to Mall Of Asia Arena to watch a concert. Surprised that the room is very spaciou, even with a sofa Bathroom was clean and complete with amenities Beds were comfortable and clean Pool area is on the 6th floor and there was a small function room for parties"

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were generally very helpful and accommodating—special thanks to the security guards who were always ready to lend a hand. I arrived around midnight and asked the night front desk staff if I could check out at 1 PM instead of the usual time, and she kindly agreed, which I really appreciated. The room, although small, was clean, neat, and well-maintained. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and stable throughout my stay, which made it convenient for work and streaming. The only downside was my experience during checkout. The staff member assisting me in the morning seemed irritated and unwelcoming, which was disappointing after an otherwise good stay. Overall, it's a great option for a short and comfortable stay, and I would consider coming back."

"Poor in their official website and customer service or response to your guest of having a problem. The room was clean but somehow there is some things are broken like the shower gasket, toilet gasket. the grouting seem getting old or looks rusty. T ishe duvet insert or filler looks old. only The public areas i can say is 5 star but the room and sevice quality in online are below expection or i can is 3 star."
