Located in one of the best precincts in Paris for great cafes and walking distance to the precinct of Opera. Great cozy rooms, clean, best beds for a great night's sleep. Good price and value.

Very noisy, with noise from outside the street and nearby rooms. Old and run down decor. Toilet has bad adour. Friendly staff and good location though

The room is small - a bed, a window facing the street. There is air conditioning, a kettle, and a couple of glasses. The toilet and shower are clean. Cleaning was every day. The Pigalle metro is nearby. The Louvre and the cathedral are a 30-40 minute walk. The tower is almost an hour away. There are several shops nearby - an intersection, a fruit and vegetable market. The room is for an overnight stay - there is practically no space for suitcases. The courtyard is not noisy, but when they start cleaning up the city garbage in the morning, you will hear it. Otherwise, it's okay for the money.

The room is quite clean, but the soundproofing is really bad. I slept with headphones on in the middle of the night, and I could hear the conversation next door clearly.

The transportation is convenient, but the hygiene is not good. There are fine curly hairs falling on the pillow. The air conditioner is broken and there is no heating.

There are a lot of thieves in Paris, so be careful about pickpockets. It’s a headache because there is no parking space. The rooms are very small, but they are well-equipped and relatively clean.

It's about a 5-10 minute walk from the station. I was able to stay at a very reasonable price for Paris. The walk from the station to the hotel was quite tiring as it was a steep slope with cobblestones. Even at night, there are restaurants around, so there are a lot of people passing by, and it doesn't have a scary atmosphere, so it's recommended for women as well. However, I think this is an accommodation for people who are used to living abroad.
