Very good location & helpful stuff.. rooms little small

The pool is out of service and the Souna opens at 10 !!! That is so late and too much refurbished inside the hotel and breakfast was awful and you should pay a separate €60 for Parking the car. Just had only the name and it isn't worth it at all to stay there and pay that sort of money !! Never ever staying there anymore

Fantastic hotel. Location was perfect for all central attractions. Loads of boulangeries, restaurants and shops along the Champs Elysee in walking distance. Staff were outstanding, answering any queries about the city, printing our flight boarding passes and providing games for the kids. We had a great time in the city and the hotel was the perfect base for our holiday.

It was a very nice hotel. The breakfast was delicious and something to look forward to every day. The room was not particularly spacious, just average. The only thing that bothered me was a crack in the bathtub, but the room was generally clean and good for families with babies.

The hotel is located in a very safe area, very close to the Arc de Triomphe and can be reached on foot. There is a Chinese-speaking receptionist at the front desk of the hotel, who offered to contact her if she had any questions. A very comfortable stay

Not recommended! The location is good, and the Monceau Park next to it is especially recommended. However, the room price of more than 4,000 yuan for gold diamonds should be regarded as above-average in Paris, but the room facilities are really old, and the executive room does not have any administrative courtesy. The bed in the room collapsed when the child sat on it, so dangerous. The breakfast on the last day was not hygienic, and the child and husband had stomach reactions after eating.

The manager who continued to come back after lunch had a very bad attitude and said that he could change our room and give us champagne. Excuse me, we were so noisy that we didn’t sleep all night and our luggage was wet. Our clothes are very expensive! Then we also booked this hotel at the end of the month and asked for a refund and we will not be refunded! Say there is no way! In the end we were very angry and quarreled and they changed to a manager with a higher position. After negotiating for a long time, they were only willing to refund our room fee for one night, and there was no sign of wet luggage! I'm so angry. In the end, I would like to thank Ctrip for cooperating with us in handling this matter, and Ctrip compensated me 3,000 yuan as a luggage cleaning fee! Finally, I advise everyone not to stay in this hotel. The environment itself is poor, the room has a peculiar smell, and the facilities are super old. It is similar to domestic express hotels... The most important thing is the bad attitude. Such a negative and bad attitude after such a big incident, really It's so infuriating! !

Honeymoon , I asked for a nice room or decor, nothing was taken into account, what a shame!

We stayed in a room with 2 double beds for 3 people. I was able to spend comfortably in the area where my suitcase was spread out. The room is clean. The hot water was solid and the water pressure was good. There was staff who could speak Japanese, so I was relieved. The croissants for breakfast were delicious and I ate a lot. However, there was no hair dryer in the room, so I called and brought it right away.
