Amazing
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Circular Quay, the Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge, and the Royal Botanic Garden. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the room view was disappointing. We booked a 'Skyline King Room,' but there was no skyline visible at all; we just looked out onto old, dilapidated rooftops. The room also felt quite small.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent — very close to the central station.
The hotel entrance is literally right next to Haymarket Station, only about 1 meter away.
However, it’s a bit disappointing that the amenities are very limited. There are only tea, coffee, and a kettle provided.
In the bathroom, only a toothbrush is included.
Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in wall-mounted bottles, which are actually good quality.
Another disappointing thing is the loud noise in the early morning, which seems to come from either the housekeeping staff or staff working in the room near the elevator.
The door there is slammed very loudly every single morning.
I actually found out the source of the noise on my checkout day, so I realized it wasn’t the cleaning staff.
Housekeeping usually comes around noon. They can be somewhat loud while talking, depending on who is working that day.
The daytime noise is still manageable, but it’s nothing compared to the early morning noise, which really disturbed my sleep after long and exhausting days of traveling.
That said, I have to admit the location is amazing for this price.
But you do have to tolerate hallway noise every morning, so it depends on what matters more to you.
PPengtaaleinasiThe Crown Tower in Sydney was an absolutely perfect experience! Unobstructed panoramic views of Sydney Harbour, with the Opera House and Harbour Bridge perfectly framed. The high-altitude infinity pool was stunning, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with top-notch facilities. The service was efficient and incredibly attentive. The dining was excellent and getting around was a breeze. It truly boasts the city's best viewpoints, offering an unparalleled sense of luxury. Without a doubt, it's Sydney's premier hotel – a definite must-book!
Ccxssxlynnamazing almost unbeatable facilities! fully equipped unit which really helped us save lots of money by cooking. washer, coffee machine, induction stoves, pots and pans, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, chopping board and knives, cutlery/utensils, fridge with freezer, chiller and veg compartments. they even provide dishwashing powder and laundry powder. smart TV was great as well, beds were comfy. service was super friendly and helpful as well. they even have a pilates studio and a gym in this hotel. we had the best stay in this spacious room and we’ll definitely be back if we ever visit australia again!
WWuji❤️yingThis hotel is quite central. The parking entrance is a bit tricky; it's the leftmost lane, actually the entrance to the World Square car park. This setup is different from traditional car park entrances in China, which caused us to miss it and drive around the city center in circles.
The hotel's dedicated parking is on level 3 (which is actually underground). When you enter the car park, you go down from levels 7, 6, 5, and so on. If you're driving to the hotel, you need to go to level 3. Be sure to follow the signs to the hotel's parking level on level 3 (different hotels use different levels for their private parking, so don't get confused). Once you've parked on level 3 in the hotel's dedicated parking, there's an elevator right next to it that takes you directly to the hotel's front desk on the L floor. Parking is expensive: AUD 60 for a weekend day and AUD 70 on weekdays. You pay by scanning a QR code. I hope this helps anyone driving themselves.
Everything else was fine. Parking in Sydney is really, really expensive if you're driving yourself. 😂

XxiaoshumelExcellent location just a couple mins walk from Town Hall station. Also has a Woolworth conveniently nearby and QVB is just across the road. Room was clean, room service was excellent and towels were replaced daily. Mini fridge and iron too in the room if needed. Bathroom is spacious enough and concierge is very friendly.

Ggu****The hotel's location is excellent. Within a 5 to 10-minute walk, you can reach Chinatown, Paddy's Market, Darling Square, Darling Harbour, and Central Station. The room size was adequate, and it was clean and tidy upon arrival, with daily housekeeping being prompt and thorough. The front desk service was also on point.
However, there are a few minor drawbacks:
1. The lighting in the lobby area isn't great; it's generally too dim and looks like it needs a refurbishment. Hopefully, they'll update it soon.
2. We believe our room was in the newer extension of the hotel. There's a noticeable difference in floor levels between the two buildings, and the connection between them is entirely stairs, which is really inconvenient when you have luggage. This also needs an update.
3. The flooring under the carpet in our room was bulging in places and requires maintenance.
GGuest UserOK for one night.
The hotel is above the pub, which is also very busy in the afternoon.
There is also live music there on Sundays until around 9 p.m.
Everything is perfectly fine, unless you have room 10 next to the washing machine/dryer and sleep next to the ventilation. Even though drying and washing is not allowed after 9 p.m., it was very annoying.
The hotel rooms face the back, so in the morning you also have the noise from the loading area of the supermarket.
On the positive side, the room was in a modern condition and the staff were all very nice.
The beach is a ten-minute walk away.
88UTEY6It was a good location and very convenient hotel for business needs. A lot of business facilities around and also good for restaurants nearby too.
