GGuest UserIn fact, I stayed in this hotel for 4 days in Kunming and this is the hotel that makes me feel more in love with this country. They are so cute that they treat me like a real friend instead of a guest from far away. I lost my passport and thanks to their presence, my trip became more meaningful instead of feeling unlucky. The hotel is great and fully equipped according to the standards of a 4 to 5 star hotel. But what makes me feel the best is the way the hotel owner and staff helped us. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come back here and recommend this wonderful accommodation to other friends. They deserve 1000/10 points.

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied! The staff were very welcoming. Had a great chat with the driver during the airport transfer. The room facilities are brand new, and despite being right by the elevator, it was incredibly quiet – totally disagree with some reviews saying it's noisy, the soundproofing is excellent. Plus, breakfast starts before 7 AM, which is perfect! Very happy with my stay!

JJohn laoliService: The hotel staff's service attitude was excellent. Since it's in the city center, parking time is limited, but the staff came to my car to help with my luggage. The front desk was very enthusiastic and quickly arranged our room. The biggest highlight of this hotel is its warmth; every staff member I encountered greeted me with a smile and a 'Good morning' or 'Hello.' This is something you rarely see in other hotels.
Environment: Located in the city center, it's very close to the old street and surrounded by many great food options, making it incredibly convenient. The night market is brightly lit and very beautiful. For anyone visiting Kunming, this is the best place to stay.

They even have robots that can deliver takeout, which is pretty smart. Plus, there are charging stations right next to the hotel, which is great for electric car owners – no need to worry about finding a place to charge.

**Hygiene**: Needs improvement, especially the carpets. More attention to detail is required.

The shuttle service to/from the South High-Speed Rail Station was excellent. Overall, the service was truly impeccable, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.
