Guest UserThe location is excellent, just a 6-8 minute walk from Kunming Station, which is super convenient for travelers catching early trains or arriving late. The hotel, newly opened in 2026, has brand-new facilities. Its French retro style, blended with floral art, is very chic; both the public areas and rooms are perfect for photos.
The butler-style service is a major highlight. The staff are warm and attentive, actively helping with luggage, offering hot tea, and even greeting guests with umbrellas by the roadside on rainy days, which makes you feel incredibly welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good soundproofing, and the bedding is soft against the skin. The freshly made Yunnan rice noodles for breakfast are highly praised and delicious. Overall, it offers great value for money and comes highly recommended.

Guest UserI travel a lot for work, so I've stayed in many hotels. I've been to Kunming countless times, and I stumbled upon this hotel with a really high rating. I honestly thought it might be a fake, so I just booked it to give it a try. To my surprise, it truly exceeded my expectations – definitely lives up to its reputation!
I don't think I need to go into detail about the facilities and services; they're pretty much what you'd expect from a hotel in this price range. However, so many small details were perfectly executed! For example, the little toiletries provided at the sink really won this girl's heart.
I slept in until noon, then went to the restaurant thinking I'd just grab a quick bite. But to my surprise, the selection of dishes hadn't diminished at all, even though it was getting close to the end of the mealtime. I absolutely love Yunnan cuisine; they can turn all sorts of weird and wonderful flowers and plants into delicious dishes. Everything looked so appetizing, and I just ate and watched my show – it felt just like being at home, haha.
It's been ages since I last left a review; I used to be too lazy to write them. Now that I've written this much, I realize I've gone on and on, haha. As I was leaving, I casually mentioned how comfortable the pillows were. The butler said they sell them at the hotel and can even ship them, so I happily bought one to take home.
Knowing I was heading to Dali next, the butler, a sweet-voiced lady, even gave me a lot of travel tips and recommendations as she escorted me to my ride. She was incredibly thoughtful.
Overall, it was a really pleasant surprise! It's a shame I didn't have enough time for a travel photoshoot, missing out on some great photo opportunities. Next time, I'll make sure to get all those lost shots back!!

PowaluodichideguoThis newly opened downtown hotel, built in 2025, is a gem! It's just a 3-minute walk to Kunming Old Street, Shuncheng, and Jinma Biji Archway. Plus, there are tons of amazing food options nearby, making it the perfect base for any food-loving adventurer.
The entire room features smart controls, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. While the hairdryer isn't a Dyson, the Laifen is still excellent. We even received complimentary welcome fruit upon arrival, and the minibar is entirely free.
The concierge was proactive in helping with our luggage, and the views from our 28th-floor room, overlooking the city lights at night, were stunning. The 24-hour gym is a huge plus, allowing me to work out whenever I wanted – a truly thoughtful amenity.
Many star-rated hotels are still stuck with traditional satellite TV, so it was a delight to find that this one offers screen mirroring that works seamlessly. The smart entertainment system is a standout feature, and I give it a big thumbs up! (*≧∪≦)👍🏻
Now, let's talk about breakfast: The selection of Chinese and Western dishes is extensive, including many authentic Yunnan specialties. The rare pea flour, kumiss, five-color glutinous rice, and flower cakes were all outstanding and delicious. My only regret is not getting to try the Eggs Benedict – a slight disappointment.
The restaurant service was exceptional. The staff were friendly and attentive, proactively guiding us to our table. They even offered coffee to go, cleared plates promptly, and provided warm and thorough service throughout. This truly enhanced my experience.
Justin Liu deserves a special mention for his proactive enthusiasm and prompt responses. Five stars!

Guest UserI had an early flight the next morning, so I wanted to book a hotel close to the airport. When I saw Manju, a brand under New Century Hotels & Resorts, I didn't hesitate and booked it immediately. I often stay at New Century hotels and always appreciate their excellent service, quality, and cleanliness. Plus, this hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, which is incredibly convenient for travelers and a big bonus.
After a smooth check-in, our room was spacious, bright, and spotless. It was fully equipped with smart home features and even earplugs, though we didn't need them at all. Sleeping with the window open was perfectly quiet, and the view of the vast green space outside was beautiful and refreshing. There were also many restaurants, convenience stores, and local specialty shops nearby, which was very convenient. In the morning, the front desk called to remind us about the shuttle bus departure time. We went down to the lobby a few minutes early, and the front desk had thoughtfully prepared individual breakfast bags containing milk, eggs, and bread. There was also free coffee and water in the lobby. I have to say, the hotel really thinks of everything!
The shuttle bus departed on time. When we arrived at the airport, we suddenly remembered that we had left the flower pastries we bought the night before in the room. Going back to the hotel would have been too tight a schedule, so with a hopeful heart, I called the front desk and explained the situation. The front desk responded quickly, retrieved the flower pastries from the room in less than 10 minutes, and handed them to the driver who was about to leave, who then brought them to us. We felt such a relief when we got the pastries, as they were a Yunnan souvenir for our friends. A huge thank you to the front desk lady on the morning of the 12th; she was beautiful and kind, efficiently and quickly helping me solve the problem. I regret not knowing her name. And also a big thank you to the driver at 7:30 AM, who safely and quickly delivered our gift. Thank you, New Century, thank you, Manju, and thank you to all the staff. Your patient, meticulous, warm, and thoughtful service always makes my stays happy and reassuring. I extend my most sincere gratitude to both staff members again. ♥️

Guest UserMy stay was perfect! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Both the front desk and room service staff were incredibly patient. After checking out, I realized I'd left something behind. The hotel immediately verified it and promptly mailed it back to my home, which saved me a lot of hassle. It's such a relief to find a hotel that's so responsible. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Overall, it was genuinely great. I stayed here with my parents and child, and the beds were quite large. The breakfast was plentiful; though I didn't get to try it, my parents did and they were very happy, which made me happy too.
The front desk staff was excellent. When my child wasn't feeling well, they told us which hospital to go to, and all our questions and issues were communicated and resolved promptly.
The hotel also has a laundry room.
It was a pleasant stay, and the location was convenient for getting everywhere. Really good!

Guest UserThe most satisfying stay of our entire trip! The hotel environment is clean and elegant, and the public areas are well-maintained. The room is spacious, with meticulous attention to cleanliness throughout, including corners and the bathroom. The bedding is fluffy and comfortable, and the double-glazed windows provide excellent sound insulation, completely blocking out noise from the hallway. The front desk staff were patient and meticulous, proactively informing us about nearby attractions and local eateries. Any items we requested were promptly delivered by room service. Parking is convenient, the toiletries are high-quality, and the breakfast offers a rich and fresh variety. It's suitable for both business and leisure travelers. I genuinely recommend it, and I'll definitely choose this hotel first when I return to the area.
