QQingjieshijiezhilvThe service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly. They offer free airport shuttle service. The rooms are spacious and smart, equipped with a smart assistant (Xiaodu) and automatic curtains. Breakfast was also good – it's a small place but has everything you need. It's also convenient for dining out. Overall, it's great value for money. This time, Trip.com gave me two free rooms through points, and a late checkout until 2:00 PM was a big plus.

AAnnLxwI have to give the Four Points by Sheraton Kunming, City Center a perfect score! The location is incredibly convenient, right next to shopping areas and attractions, so everything you need for eating and exploring is literally on your doorstep. It's such a thoughtful touch that there's complimentary drinking water available by the elevators.
The room was spacious and bright, with a great view. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the amenities were of good quality. The staff were friendly and responsive, and the breakfast was very satisfying.
Overall, the hotel is clean and quiet, offers excellent value for money, and provides a comfortable and peaceful stay. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Kunming!

MM10627****The room was spacious, and the solid wood desk felt really high-quality. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was very convenient for two people. They even have robots that can deliver takeout, which is pretty smart. Plus, there are charging stations right next to the hotel, which is great for electric car owners – no need to worry about finding a place to charge.

ZZhangbiaoguoThis is an old-school five-star hotel in Kunming, and I'd give it a solid four stars. The facilities are definitely showing their age, which is understandable given how long it's been open. The central AC is centrally controlled, so you can't adjust the temperature yourself, which made for a less comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was pretty standard, nothing to write home about. Service was also just okay, not quite what you'd expect from a true five-star establishment. The biggest plus is its excellent location, close to Kunming Railway Station and with a shopping street right downstairs, making getting around very convenient. It has a pool and gym, both quite spacious, but the pool looked a bit neglected and I wasn't entirely confident about the water quality. Overall, it's a decent, no-frills place that mostly wins out on its convenient location.

SShuijingxieI took my kids out for a vacation on May Day. The experience was five-star praise, and the service was very good. The environment was garden-style and very comfortable! The restaurant has a complete range of delicious dishes, and there is also a book bar and hot springs. A SPA was also given. It was a very good experience and I will come again if I have the chance. I will also recommend it to friends.

LLuxiangbeibeiMy friend highly recommended this place, saying the area is fantastic and super convenient, and the shuttle service was a huge plus. The shuttle service to/from the South High-Speed Rail Station was excellent. Overall, the service was truly impeccable, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

GGuest UserWe chose this hotel for its convenient location when traveling with our child. When we first arrived, it felt like a hidden gem, tucked away in Jingxing Flower Street. You can find plenty of food and drinks right downstairs – all sorts of rice noodles, flower cakes... everything you could want! Plus, it's next to a large shopping complex and right by Wuyi Road Metro Station, exit B or C, which is close and has an elevator. Despite being in a lively area, it's surprisingly quiet! The room was quite new, a bit small, but perfectly fine for my child and me. The price was great too! It's an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers.

WWanxiaoqingHad a really pleasant stay here. I was in Kunming for two days this trip, and the hotel felt quite new. The room, while not huge, was very cleverly designed with lots of smart touches to maximize space. I’d definitely recommend the hotel's bar and spa too – they were both great! The staff were excellent, proactively helping with my luggage. And breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety!
