YYanbiandengyuIt was a wonderful trip! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, every staff member I met was incredibly warm and friendly. They proactively helped with my luggage, escorted me to the elevator and then to my room, and even introduced all the room amenities and the hotel's complimentary services. Ximi and Yezi at the front desk provided excellent service, and the gentleman there was also great, though I forgot to ask for his name. Bottled water in the room is unlimited, and you can ask housekeeping for more if needed. They even offer free laundry service until 8 PM. From 6:30 PM, complimentary hot and cold drinks are available in the lobby, with different selections daily, including hot milk, white fungus soup, sour plum soup, raspberry drinks, lemon cucumber water, and black tea. The room was clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping and replenishment of bottled water. The hotel's location is excellent, less than a ten-minute walk from Yongningmen Metro Station (Line 2). You can also cut through SKP, which is nice and cool, and it's not far from the South Gate city wall, making it very convenient for getting to many tourist attractions.

GGuest UserHuaqing Yutang was such a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend their in-house 'Jinghong Travel Photography' service. The makeup and styling were exquisite and professional, and the photographer was excellent at capturing the perfect atmosphere. With the hotel's Tang Dynasty-style garden as the backdrop, we effortlessly got some stunning Hanfu photos. The private hot spring was wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. Being able to freely enter and exit Huaqing Palace during our stay made exploring incredibly convenient. Overall, the experience was flawless and definitely worth returning for!

All facilities are very complete, including a refrigerator, microwave, and a washer-dryer combo, so you can pack fewer clothes for your trip. The hotel has a gym and a swimming pool, and the breakfast selection is quite rich. The staff and front desk personnel are warm, attentive, and responsive to every request. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation and dining options, making it easy to get to attractions like Xiaozhai, the Bell Tower, and the Shaanxi History Museum. There are also plenty of restaurants downstairs, and from the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can gaze at the Small Wild Goose Pagoda in the distance. Although it's close to the main South Second Ring Road, it's very quiet.

Our butler was proactive and thoughtful, reaching out three days in advance and responding quickly to all our needs. The turndown service was exquisite, showcasing French elegance and historical charm in every detail. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a mousse cake and fresh fruit. The staff were all polite and considerate, and I particularly want to commend butler Jack, Themis, and concierge Morty Eva for their outstanding service! This hotel truly sets the standard for high-end accommodation in Xi'an and comes highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe hotel's Wabi-sabi decor is both elegant and sophisticated. The butler service is attentive and thoughtful, and breakfast can even be delivered to your room. The room itself is comfortable and clean, and it's super close to the Muslim Quarter and Bell Tower. They also offer afternoon tea and even a photography service. It was a comfortable stay and great for photos â highly recommend!

MM423333****Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around.
You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious.
The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract!
**Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at an Ibis hotel, and what impressed me most was how clean and tidy everything was. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it was spotless. The room didn't have a shower cap, but you could pick one up at the front desk. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept really well. Hot water came quickly. The shower head and breakfast weren't particularly great, but the overall cleanliness and tidiness more than made up for these minor shortcomings. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly, even giving out small gifts.

There's a subway station right outside with two lines, which is super convenient for getting around. The room was clean and well-equipped, offering great value for money. The front desk was also very helpful and allowed us a late check-out. Overall, a pretty good stay!

HH2O_cfMy stay is on the 15th floor with a mini window and a very comfortable bed. They have separate wash from for bath and toilet , while the wash place is outside the toilet. Check out time given was up to 2pm. Convenient and near to metro station within 5 minute walk. Just the floor is an old style make it feel dirty but is clean .
