2. The largest room size in all of Tretes, especially if you get a connecting room
3. Luxurious interior
4. At night, order food at Welirang restaurant, it tastes great!
5. The location is suitable for healing
Minuses:
1. The room floor is dusty, the amnesty is incomplete
2. The adult swimming pool is very dirty, my baby was swimming there, and after swimming he immediately got itchy
3. The taste of the food at breakfast is not as good as when ordered personally

GGuest UserI’m so impressed with the friendly gestures of the staff, quality of service, and hospitality. It’s my second time here with family and always had a wonderful time. The room was great, very clean, spacious and also instagramable. Staycation with family for 2 night during weekday. K Gallery Hotel have beautiful view of mountain, outdoor activity area, walking track, river, and mini zoo. Beautiful view from the tables outside the restaurant, a perfect view while enjoying breakfast. And also, we had anniversary dinner at the rooftop. The staff was super helpful, the food was amazing. We really enjoyed our dinner and we had a wonderful evening. Dan yang paling aku suka di hotel ini adalah family-kid friendly. Banyak sekali aktivitas yang bisa dilakukan bersama keluarga dan anak, seperti: t-shirt painting, clay making, horse/Falabella riding, fun fishing, animal feeding, donut boat, harvesting, etc. The hotel maintain the health protocol very well and we felt safe! Definitely will come back for sure!

CCindyWe were welcomed with a beautiful lobby followed by a view of animals on a big grass field.
The staff at the reception spoke decent simple english - that was very helpful. The rest of the staff spoke very little or no english, so that made communication difficult.
We booked the room with Safari view. It was lovely to sit on the balcony overlooking the big grassland of animals. They aren't a lot animals but nice enough for a safari feel/view. We just wished there were at least 2 chairs at the balcony. We had to fight for that 1 chair. It was lovely to order room service to sit at the balcony.
It would be good if there is a step stool in the bathroom for children to use the sink. It would be easier for parent to shower child if there was a handheld shower instead of just an overhead shower.
There are free carrots feeds provided in the room. It is 1 free refill per day.
We like that there is a water machine along the corridor, so we can just refill our water easily.
The swimming pool water is FREEZING COLD, with their cool weather, how I wish the pool has heated water... or since it is a small sized, why not convert it to a heated jacuzzi?
Food at the restaurant was simple, we just wish there were more local Indonesian food choices. They need to improve of timing on their service as it takes 20 min for a drink and about 30 min for food (in a off peak time). The pizza is basic nothing fancy or exciting. Prices are affordable IMHO.
Breakfast or Dinner with the Giraffe - I would highly recommend you to WA the hotel to book it the minute your room is reserved, best recommended to take the first slot.
For Carnivore Feeding, the best experience is also the night feed, and take the first ride.
In fact, there are quite a lot to do in that small area. So perhaps 4 to 5 nights would cover every activity nearby. Do take note that some activities only available Friday and Saturday!

AAWRIELocated in the Taman Dayu area, it is located in the middle, even though it is a bit far from the main main gate, it is strategic to get to D'gunungan, Spiderbucks cafe, DeDuren Mas, Ollive Beach, Callimera, it is still in one complex but there are lots of good places to eat.
In the hotel itself, the rooms are very spacious, the rooms are good, the restaurant has a good view, lots of facilities, adequate parking.
Unfortunately, the service or responsiveness is lacking, especially in terms of room arrangements, which need to be improved a lot to be more professional in handling room and guest bookings. Because this hotel is rated as a 4 star, staff service also needs to be better. Doing a lot of maintenance, especially rejuvenating the interior and around the hallway in the king bed room type so that it doesn't look dull.
Hopefully it can be better.
For families, it's good to take the room in the 100s block, the twin all type, while for elderly people who really have difficulty walking, you can take the 200s room block, the king bed type, which is right above the lobby. Because to get to the twin type there are several stairs. must be passed.
You can find outside food at the food court near the Taman Dayu gate, lots of various kinds of food.

GGuest UserThe hotel's dinner, especially the roast chicken, was delicious; the breakfast was also good. This time, I stayed in a windowless room, and the bathroom smelled particularly bad. The bed and towels seemed unclean, though I was glad I had brought disposable sheets and towels. We were heading to the volcano, so it was fine to stay there for one night, especially since it's close to the volcano. The service was excellent.

AAnonymous UserPines garden hotel, cleanliness and location is ok but amenities are not enough. We know that the hotel were placed in highland which means low temperatured but why they didn’t put air conditioner on the rooms ? Maybe its unused but somehow we visitors need some clean air
