"The location of Hotel Patan House is just a few minutes walk from many places in Patan, and within easy reach of all my cafés and restaurants on my traveling list. No matter whether I was off exploring the city by day or catching a quick drink, I could always be back at my room without any problems.
All staff in Hotel Patan House are hospitable, especially Steve. During my stay, they made me feel cared for.
Hotel Patan House delivered more outstanding value than I expected. As someone who loves diving deep into local culture yet still needs a quiet spot, I couldn’t have asked for a better home base in Patan. I definitely will choose Hotel Patan House as my first option for my next trip to Patan!"

"Amazing location (walking distance of the patan main attractions 5 min and around 10-16 min from the airport - if no traffic); hotel is located in a quiet place although very central. I arrived at 2 AM to the hotel, called the hotel to inform that I was going to arrive late and the staff went to pick me up in the street. Staff is AMAZING and very kindly!! Breakfast amazing (eggs;fruit;toast;muesli; coffee; tea - all included and in can choose); room very cozy; NO HOT WATER! For the hair dryer, you have to ask in the reception to borrow. Please remind to bring toothbrush, paste and basic necessaries. The hotel will give towels, shampoo and soap."

"Stayed at this hotel for the second time
If you are in Patan, recommend this.
About 15 minutes walk from Patan Duba, I would like to walk and sit at night
Then the hotel is on the main road. It will be much more convenient to take a taxi than the inside. This is a point I like very much.
The hotel staff will speak English well and will try their best to help. I will go to change money and give me directions and find that I have gone wrong. I will go out a long way to chase me and take me to the right place."

1. The front desk and reception staff are polite and friendly, actively assisting with various issues.
2. However, due to outdated facilities, such as the bathroom, the water contains sediment, causing itchiness after showers.
3. There is no water dispenser, and using bottled water is not environmentally friendly.
4. The gym and some parts of the building are under renovation, resulting in noise pollution."

"The room is large, the bed is very comfortable, and there is a large balcony on the roof. The boss is super enthusiasm, tell me how to buy a phone card, various guidelines, help me call the car. Their family has lived in this house for more than 300 years and is very close to the Patan Palace. It is surrounded by white towers and small ponds. In addition, Nepalese mosquitoes are now recommended, and it is recommended to charge mosquito-repellent tablets."

GGuest UserLike Like Like Like 👍 This hotel is the best I live in Nepal, and the price/performance ratio is really super high. The location is very convenient, a ten-minute walk is one of the largest shopping malls in the area. Attractions are also very close. First of all, the service is superb. As soon as you arrive at the hotel, someone will help you take your luggage upstairs, as well as welcome juice and fruits. There are two restaurants in the hotel, and the restaurant upstairs has a view of the landscape, which is very beautiful. The hotel room is very comfortable and clean and very new, the bath water in the bathroom is very hot. The best thing is that the breakfast is an a la carte breakfast. There are many types. There is an entire menu with a wide variety of drinks, from coffee to freshly squeezed juices, to freshly made chocolates, muffins and cakes. Both American breakfast and local breakfast are available. What's better is that this hotel is very new, very good compared to other Nepal hotels. The manager of the hotel is very enthusiastic and keeps asking how is the hotel every day? How is the breakfast? The hotel can also help to book a taxi, which is very cheap. Just call him when you come back from the attraction, or you can book a taxi. We stayed for a week, and the plane was at 8 o'clock in the evening, and he was very considerate to let us check out late and return at 5 o'clock. This hotel is really worth recommending. If you come to Kathmandu, don't hesitate to book this one.

OowengqNear Patan, the service is very good, there is air conditioning, the surrounding is very convenient, there are big shopping malls and small supermarkets, there is a small bookstore nearby, there are many restaurants around. The top floor of the hotel is a terrace bar, the scenery is beautiful, you can walk to Patan Palace. The price is slightly higher than the surrounding area, but it is worth it.

Location is convenient between Durbar Square and Kunbeshawar Temple
I stopped by the toilet and rest during sightseeing.
The room was large and clean, with mini kitchen, pots and dishes. There was plenty of hot water
The window was bright in the direction of ２ and I enjoyed the scenery as shown in the photo.
I'm convinced that the web site is highly rated.
It's the only regret that there were no amenities such as shampoo.

SSHARMILAI had a wonderful one-night stay at Suite Homes Service Apartment. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and offered a beautiful valley view that made the experience feel peaceful and refreshing.The highlight of my stay was enjoying a yummy breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the stunning scenery — such a perfect way to start the day! The food was fresh, tasty, and served with warm hospitality.
The staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Even for just one night, it felt like a mini getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!
