Clean, no cigarette smell. But the accommodation in front is on the road, so you can hear the loud noise of cars. Compared to the price and cleanliness, it is worth it.

Fantastic staff, immediately react to any request. Nice pool in the yard. Some people say about noisy road, if you live in the building near the road, that's true, but only if you're very sensitive, when you're falling asleep. But as a compensation, you can have nice city view from your balcony. If you stay in the reception building, it's nice also: pool view, less noise, bigger beds. P. S.: no insects in the hotel, but one time we've found a little cute lizard in the bathroom 😉

Normal hotel with good workers, but I found a lot of old problems. The room was pretty clean, but a big part of the air condition was in mold. Please fix it and clean your balcony, I see a lot of mold outside too. I wanna visit your hotel again, but right now it's unhealthy. Fix this issue and post your work in this way. Before it, I suggest skipping this hotel (( p.s. Also, Wi-Fi unstable sometimes.

Found my cozy spot in Pattaya. Made a third booking. Golden Villa delivers value for money. Tucked away on a side street as you're ascending to Phratamnak, I recommend staying here for budget-conscious travelers. Upsides: Hospitable hosts, comfortable bed, strong AC, soothing bath (King Deluxe room, and nice pool Downsides: no amenities, no food offered or breakfast, street noise depending upon the location of your room. Overall, I would recommend staying here without hesitation.

Love this place, everytime I come here I feel welcome, staff is so nice, so helpful, location is very good you can reach pattaya & jomtien within 5-10mins bolt.

The stay was excellent, the room was spacious, friendly staff, tv was a bit old tbh could use some changing. Was a nice stay would recommend!

It’s good hotel with reasonable price. They have everything you need, bed, towels , shampoo etc. Guys on the reception was very friendly and welcoming. They helped me with everythingii, like I needed a knife to cut mango, i got it, handed me with a plate also. I had an early check in, so it’s okay my room wasn’t ready yet, and I left my bags in special room and when it’s all done my bags brought to the room although I can manage it by myself. Room with a good view, but I must say very noisy(((

Hotel's building is an old one, however room is clean. There's a swimming pool.

I have stayed at this hotel twice before. The first two times were very good, but this last time was awful. I didn’t get the room I booked for my brother. The room I was given didn’t have a good air conditioner. It was horrible. I didn’t feel comfortable. It was horrible, really! Very bad !!! i was book another hotel for my brother !

My window and balcony faced the busy street so it was noisy. Also the ac was noisy. Overall decent however. It was clean. I'll give them that.

The service at this hotel is good , location is reasonable, getting around is easy , only problem is finding a good place to eat , as u need to travel to busy areas to find good places for food.
