Well, the place is dirty, outdated, not taken care of at all. I want to stress the cleanliness. It’s extremely dirty and gross. This is just whoever owns that they don’t give a damn. The shower has mold in the grout and all the cracks. The shower doors on bottom are disgusting. I can go on and on and on, but I want I already did lol also price not cheap I’d say average and for this? Yipes. Also it’s not for anyone that can’t walk. The distance from Street to Tower must be atleast 2 football fields. Would I book it again probably not! would I recommend this place to anyone? Hell No! Do some deep cleaning! Oh I forgot about the Shower wand holder is broken picture included. Check out that nice clean bed head board. Dust everywhere.

This hotel is it's very good for family stuff is very nice and kindly Ned she very nice ladies she helped me a lot anybody make trip for Pattaya in it right at hotel it's very nice they swimming pool is amazing

This place was exactly what I needed! It was incredibly clean and comfortable, much more convenient than a big hotel. I loved having laundry facilities, a kitchen, and a balcony. The price was great, and the owner (a lovely lady) was really nice too.

Rooms are decent, perfectly sized for 2 people. Location of this property is very good, just 2 minutes of walk is good for all necessities. The roof top pool is really good with awesome view of both city and the sea

Good location easy for travelling in Pattaya. U can simply take the rounding van and visit all the places in Pattaya. Superb view from the room.

The room was excellent – very comfortable and equipped with a washing machine (you just need to bring your own detergent). The highlight, however, is the rooftop pool, which offers breathtaking views of the entire beach and the iconic Pattaya sign. The apartment was very nice and in a good location not a far walk from the beach or shopping streets. The pool on the top floor was gorgeous. We weren’t actually excpecting an apartment so that was a surprise but check in was easy and I think it would be perfect for longer stays.
