"The Deluxe twin bed room that I got was not the same as the pictures on Trip.com. The pillow cover and the towels looked like they have been used for many years. The room is definitely not typical for 4-star hotel. The included breakfast was good. I just wished that the photos are of actual room so I could have made an informed decision."

"The main problem is the lack of workspace in the room. There is a normal table only in the room where there is no window, but it smells terrible there due to the fact that there is no sunlight coming in (dampness and high humidity do their job). Therefore, under no circumstances stay in a room without a window. Otherwise the hotel is decent. The staff is very responsive, they rush to help in any situation. Wi-Fi is normal. Excellent restaurant on the ground floor at normal prices. This hotel is worth the money."

"This literally in very Central location of Medan , very close to train station, very close to major mall in the area, basically close to everything , there are rooms to improve, internet maybe need to be better , but overall very good stay and I would repeat which I did I suggest this place is okay"

"The newest hotel in Medan city. Beautiful facade and lobby with a small gym and swimming pool on level 2. We had a peaceful night sleep on level 6. Didn’t hear any loud music from the 16th floor of bar/disco. The only sound we heard is the occasional train that passes on the tracks which was nice to watch. Welcome drink was appreciated on arrival. The breakfast buffet spread was lovely and extensive. It’s really walking distance to Delipark Mall. Will be back again. Our Deluxe King room was alright but we found it weird when there is a notice to inform us not to flush toilet paper in the WC so had to use the bidet."

"Hands down the best hotel in Medan! Breakfast is incredible with the best iced coffee I have ever had. Service is so excellent with at least 3-4 of the staff coming to my table to bring me made to order eggs, made to order French toast, coffees, etc. Brian was great!"
